I come here quite often and it’s usually okay but I’ve seen some unusual things happen with the staff. Mainly, I’ve seen relatives of the manager get loaded with free stuff or even go behind the counter and touch things. People that don’t work there/aren’t on the clock should not be behind the counter. What makes me the most upset is that I know employees don’t even get a discount. I just feel awful for the employees, I’ve even overheard them talking about seeing the manager asleep in her office. Why is she getting paid to sleep???After reading other reviews it just seems like the manager is getting away with too much. It feels wrong to support an unethical business.

This place has gone downhill and it’s really sad. I usually come here everyday. Service is slow and employees are rude. It’s hard to blame the employees though when management doesn’t set a good example. I know a few people who worked here and each person has the same story of the manager being lazy and belligerent. It should always fall back on management.

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague and I suggest you all do the same. I’ve seen the manager standing on the floor just eating bacon with no gloves on. Mind you, this bacon is out of the container that stores what is meant for customers. To add to that, the other lady making sandwiches wasn’t wearing gloves either. I don’t know if corporate is aware of this but it shouldn’t be put up with. It’s quite literally a safety hazard. I managed other fast food in the past and everyone had to wear gloves when dealing with food.

First time we go and they messed up the berry burst Dunkin energy when it days on the little sticker they put on your drink yet they somehow still messed up and gave us peach, like how the hell do you mess up that bad

This is the only dunkin I know who makes a cold brew taste burnt I go here every Sunday like clockwork and every single time they mess up the coffees, they never stir the sweeteners into the drink so when you order cold foam there’s no point because you Have to Stir everything up yourself. when they freshly got remodeled I was excited because their coffees started to taste like actual coffee but a couple months into the new set up they’re back to being absolute river water again better off going to palmer dunkin not to mention the food you get is always burnt or undercook never right

They never make my Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher correctly. They don’t use enough concentrate, which makes it taste like plain tea. The bread on my sourdough sandwich is always burnt, too. The Dunkin’ in Palmer is better!

They made the place look nice but didn't hire any better staff.. My husband and I come here almost every morning for coffee and occasionally food. This dunkin used to be amazing, my husband worked here years ago and said it was always the best around, and it still was for awhile after he left. But the last year or 2 it's gone downhill so much. The last 5-6 times we've gotten coffee it's NEVER sweetened, and we're one of those people who liked our coffee extra sweet. It used to be good, now it's almost always bitter even if we remind them a second time of how much cream/sugar we want. We've never fussed over it or given them crap, so I don't think they're spiting us or anything. Hash browns are almost always soggy but the rest of the food is good, it's mainly the coffee. So we'd go to Stafford or Somers dunkin to get it fixed and they're no better, Dunkin is just dying out as a whole but this location is currently the worst of all of them around here, in my opinion
I buy my regular hot coffe and I want to pay for extra cold foam and the girl told me nooo , why not is extra money for the company and is mine cooffe,

Entered a hot coffee on a mobile app 20 min ago with food. Food was ready coffee wasn’t. Long line and cashier couldn’t help. Left without the coffee.

Pretty sure the guy giving us our food was under the influence of something. He seemed completely out of it, forgetting first the extra napkins I asked for, then the donuts we ordered… and later, we noticed, our avocado toast as well. Even when ordering our food, it was like pulling teeth getting it done with him. Safe to say it’ll be another decade or so until my next Dunkin’ trip after this one.
