On Tuesday January 14th at 3:35PM in Monson ma I ordered snackin bacon and I received it ice cold. The person in the window said it’s supposed to be like that. I asked him to heat it up for me. He said no and it’s against company policy. I am now inside the store waiting for corporate to answer my call. They refuse to help me at all. This is absolutely insane. This was for order number 3668 in Monson ma.

UPDATE: I got on the phone with corporate once I told them corporate said the bacon is not supposed to be cold. They heated it up they all did exactly what I asked. The person who refused to heat it up handed it to me and said not to burn myself because it’s hot. He said this in a sarcastic way with a smirk on his face. I go to Dunkin’s all over Massachusetts… this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at one before. If you ever have a hard time here CALL CORPORATE AND THEY WILL LISTEN!!!

I like to mix the cofee flavers but today it tasted like burned rubber. Usually the teenagers know how I like my drink and make it Goode. Not to mention that the short old lady gave me attitude for ordering my drink. I don’t need to be treated horribly by an old woman on my way to work.

i pulled up to the drive through where they had a sign offering the 6$ meal deal with a sandwich. Kamil the old lady helping me wouldn’t honor the deal. she told me to go shovel the sign out myself. terrible service, false advertising.

Drive thru is a long wait everytine we go there. 5 minutes somewhat reasonable to wait but 10 minutes.

I should’ve made this review a while ago, good thing I’m still mad. So I’m in the lobby waiting for my food, when I see the lady in a bun who I think is the manager STICK HER HAND DOWN THE FRONT OF HER PANTS and then continue cooking food. I just walked out because absolutely not. Disgusting and disgraceful.

I ordered a small hot latte with a flavor shot and received a cup of STEAMED MILK… on TOP of that it didnt even have the syrup in it. The snackin bacon i ordered was ice cold, burnt and received about 3 pieces with mostly crumbs. In the past ive ordered a cookie butter cloud latte, it took them multiple times to get it right- first a black iced coffee, then a peppermint mocha latte (??). After that, they finally gave me the drink I ordered and it tasted bitter with no cookie butter syrup in it. Id confidently say about 10% of the time my order is actually correct.

Coffee is NEVER sweet even if you tell them the exact amount of cream and sugar you want. Food is always cold or burnt, hash browns are always stale and mushy. We just ordered from this location for the first time in months hoping they'd be better, but we still got bitter coffee and ours kids egg and cheese wraps were so burnt the cheese was just brown and hardened like plastic. I wish I remembered to take a photo. It comes out like that more than not which is why we stopped ordering food from them and decided to wait months before trying again. I highly recommend taking the quick drive to the Dunkin in Palmer. A little out of the way but worth it, they're much better there

Took 27 minutes in the car line to get 3 breakfast sandwiches and s black coffee. 10 minutes just sitting at the pickup window watching a gaggle of employees walking in circles accomplishing very little. Terrible!

Do yourself a favor and save your money. Ordered a sandwhich and an iced coffee. There was not a single piece of ice in my ICED coffee and it tasted burnt. The bread on my sandwhich was not toasted. Go here if you want disappointment and the loss of your money.

I come here quite often and it’s usually okay but I’ve seen some unusual things happen with the staff. Mainly, I’ve seen relatives of the manager get loaded with free stuff or even go behind the counter and touch things. People that don’t work there/aren’t on the clock should not be behind the counter. What makes me the most upset is that I know employees don’t even get a discount. I just feel awful for the employees, I’ve even overheard them talking about seeing the manager asleep in her office. Why is she getting paid to sleep???After reading other reviews it just seems like the manager is getting away with too much. It feels wrong to support an unethical business.

This place has gone downhill and it’s really sad. I usually come here everyday. Service is slow and employees are rude. It’s hard to blame the employees though when management doesn’t set a good example. I know a few people who worked here and each person has the same story of the manager being lazy and belligerent. It should always fall back on management.

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague and I suggest you all do the same. I’ve seen the manager standing on the floor just eating bacon with no gloves on. Mind you, this bacon is out of the container that stores what is meant for customers. To add to that, the other lady making sandwiches wasn’t wearing gloves either. I don’t know if corporate is aware of this but it shouldn’t be put up with. It’s quite literally a safety hazard. I managed other fast food in the past and everyone had to wear gloves when dealing with food.
