What an adorable little coffee shop. I came here because I saw the Gilmore Girl’s drinks advertised on social media and I was not disappointed. The coffee is fantastic, strong, and delicious. The goodies are yummy. I got a bunch of baked goodies, and a bagel to go. The service is friendly, speedy, and the shop is quite lovely atmosphere wise. What a hidden gem in an otherwise quiet area. Love..love! Thanks for making my Gilmore Girl heart happy with the nostalgia. You nailed it, I really enjoyed everything and thank you!

In the age of working from home and hybrid offices, it BAFFLES me that a coffee shop doesn't have any seating. I want to love this place, I really, REALLY do! But when I can't sit down to work and enjoy the atmosphere? I've been inside: you can AT LEAST fit a bistro set. One chair, a table if you wanted to as well! I don't give out reviews this low or this bad, but I can't in good conscious give this a good rating when I can't even sit.

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave a review! I come to the Better Bean every week and it’s been consistently more amazing each time. From new iced coffee flavors essentially daily to fun seasonal drinks that change with the times. Their pastries are large, yummy, and decently priced. The people who work there are the best, seriously. Autumn, Chloe, Amanda, and so so so many more whom I’ve got to know by a first name basis and they’ve taken the time to get to know mine. Not only am I greeted with pleasant hellos but when they can tell I’ve had a rough morning, my order is rung up before the words can even escape my mouth. If you want rich coffee, charming atmosphere, and the most lovely people that make it all happen, come to the Better Bean.
Kid-friendliness: Always have fun things for the kids like stickers and fun games to play while waiting!

Better Bean is AMAZING. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Their food is unreal. Personally we love the jolly pilgrim wrap, sun dried tomato bagels, and their garlic and herb and loaded cream cheese. They also have rotating specials in their cooler that are always delicious as well as some super tasty desserts and pastries. Their drinks are really unique too like their dirty sodas, frozen iced teas, and refreshers. They actually brew their iced coffee with flavor instead of just adding sugar or pouring hot coffee over ice. The iced coffees are also always super unique and they have a ton of flavors. This place is the best and I can’t believe it’s in Monson!
