I've been to this Riff's before and it's always been okay. This time we were overcharged on our drinks - menu said $7.00 and we were charged $9.95 per drink. Another drink ordered was supposed to be $7.00 and was charged $8.00. This was corrected but with no explanation or apology. Also the special of the day wasn't clearly explained and ended up costing more than expected. This they were not willing to adjust the price on. If it had been as good as hoped then I might not have minded.

Found this place randomly trying to find a place open on a Sunday in this area. Lots of places are closed in these small towns. This place was much better than I thought it would be. Sometimes a place with a large menu doesn't always live up to expectations. This place beat mine. Everything looked delicious and tasted great! You must start out with the fried Brussel sprouts. Yum! I had the lettuce Thai chicken wraps for my meal. Was huge and brought half home for the next day. A must try and a must visit place. Outdoor seating. Indoor high tops in the bar area and lots of tables. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Watermelon sangria! That's all you have to have on the menu and I'm happy. We had a party of 6 and the service was great. Sat outside and it was pretty hot, so staff kept the water coming. The garlic parm fries were great too. Definitely stop by for a great meal.

We often get takeout here. Although they can be a bit pricey, the quality of their food is excellent. They have some veg options (wish there were more) and the location is convenient in downtown Turners Falls. There is great pedestrian access as well as parking. Their outdoor seating is a nice option too

They offer indoor and outdoor seating. As it started to rain when we arrived, we opted to sit indoors. There weren't many patrons, so we were nicely distanced from others.We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, a buffalo dog, and shared an order of fries. All the food was very tasty.The tap list was reasonably good. With Brick and Feathers just down the road, as well as a bunch of breweries close by, I might suggest a few more local selections.Easy to get to off Route 2, we'll keep it in mind when traveling to western Mass.

Got some take out this afternoon, and was delicious! Order of Parm & Garlic fries, twisted pickles, a Hangover dog & a Santa Fe salad with chicken. It was all so very good!

Awesome pub style food!! The Parmesan fries with truffle Mayo are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place in a nice town. Just did a bicycle ride on the rail trail behind the place.. went over and had a I believe it was called the speedy Gonzalez burrito.. kind of unique had a little bit of avocado in it and a brew very good w ample chips. She had the avocado BLT which she said was very good..

Stopped in over the weekend and was the best burger I’ve ever had! Also the pickles were a delicious appetizer!!!!! Will be returning soon as this place is amazing. Keep it up
