I am a fan of Subway but this location is top notch. Very professional and I cannot believe how clean it is. I have eaten here several times traveling through.

The manager at this Subway could not care less about customer service. She is rude- unfriendly, unhelpful and was even rude to my 6 year old daughter. Disgusting behavior. I don't know how this woman got to be manager. She was previously employed at food City and was just as awful to the customers at that establishment. Avoid this particular location at all cost. Seriously disappointing.

I ordered a foot long BMT, and was given a foot long BLT. I explained that was not what I wanted, and they said I could pay again, and get the sandwich I ordered. I asked if they could fix it, either that sandwich, or make a new one, and they refused. I asked for a refund, and she refused. I asked for a manager, and it turns out the sandwich maker was the manager. She steadfastly refused to make it right in any way. I have contacted their corporate office, and will contact my bank as well. It may only be $11.65, but I find it maddening that anyone would refuse to even try to make something right. Since I paid for one thing, and they they tried to give me another, I don't even think that's legal, and I will contact the states attorney general's office. It's not about the money, it's about being treated like dirt. Clearly they couldn't care less about their customers.
