First time ever going here and the manager or owner of country creemee was rude to my MI adult son. He did not catch what she did but I most certainly did and I was disgusted. All he did was ask for strawberry's to be added to his ice cream and she had to take a deep breath and roll her eyes and give a dirty look. We will not be going back. FYI she was an older lady shoulder length blonde hair

Oh holy HECK! The reviews about the indescribably rude woman who owns this place are all SPOT on! I genuinely cannot believe how someone can be so rude, for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I pride myself on being incredibly polite, kind and warm in my interactions with people. I ordered a sandwich with a smile, and the woman who took my order was totally fine - pleasant enough. But the woman who made the sandwich and called out my order must have been this owner that ALL these reviews are calling out specifically (blonde, older, black glasses) - when my sandwiches were ready she called them out rudely - and because I didn’t grab them from the counter within a fraction of a second, she yelled ‘HELLO!!?!’ In my direction. Like I was a child, in front of the whole store of people. Absolutely could not believe that was the way an adult human being was interacting with me. A paying customer who did nothing but order with a smile and sat patiently waiting for my sandwiches to be made. So wild. I will literally never ever come back here again. Save yourself the time and effort and find somewhere where your business will be appreciated. There are many other ice cream places. I cannot imagine hating other human beings so much, but yet owning a people-facing business. What a concept. Google reviews were made for this kind of business and to warn others before they spend their hard earned money. Find another alternative.

Mannnn wish I'd found this place before realizing I had a dairy allergy ?. The raspberry sorbet was fantastic ? and df My date got something cherry (I can't remember) but said it was decadent (I was so jealous ) the portion size in insain. But in a good way. I definitely should have only gotten one scoop ?.

The customer service is TRASH… She has screamed at my kids multiple times for simply being kids & god forbid you leave the door open for 5 seconds to walk through the door she’s screaming at you for that too! I have medical issues that prevent me from going places peacefully and with that, had recently gotten the ok from my Dr. to get a service dog. He is in training and is incredibly tiny. This has been my first time going out in a while, and I really enjoy the Creamy’s Chocolate Vanilla twist. My Fiancé and I went on a trip there to only be made feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwanted. The Blonde, older woman behind the counter 1) screamed at a child to shut the door, and 2) at me for having my SERVICE DOG IN TRAINING with me. I told her that he is a service dog in training and she had given the most uncomfortable glare and threw her hands in the air. It’s not like he was on the floor, making a mess, or barking. He was in my arms the entire visit. He is a very well behaved dog that helps me get around to the best of my abilities in the real world, and continues to learn every day. So, I’m not sorry that I brought him with me. Im more sorry for your staff that has to deal with your incredibly unkind personality on a daily basis seasonally. Maybe if the shoes fit your feet, you’d understand. Will not be back. I get better customer service at the place in sunderland. Btw, their chili is from a can, it would be better if you all made your chili dogs at home.

Was visiting from out of town was excited for ice cream. My daughter was unable to see the bottom of the menu so she stood on a chair briefly to see. A blonde woman behind counter who I assume was the owner came out and screamed so incredibly loud at her to get off and put the chair back. Not once was she asked nicely and she was not goofing off. I understand that it could have been dangerous but asking her nicely would have done the job, as she was just trying to see and the menu went far below even where I could see. Not only did she embarrass us but we will not return and we visit the area. Learn customer service and if you have an ice cream shop maybe learn how to deal with kids.
