Comfortable and stylish restaurant in Natick center. The restaurant had a make-over a few years ago and the results are a great success. The feeling is that you are still in Natick with an "uptown" feel. Food very good; pricing reasonable; service quite friendly and pleasant. Portions sizeable enough that you will have lunch for the next day. Took longer than was ideal to get our food but that is probably because they were very busy. Will certainly return.

I went to Agostino's last night for the last time. We had tickets to a show at TCAN and had left plenty of time to eat before the show, under normal conditions. When we saw our waitress take her coat and leave, we knew we were in trouble. We ended up gulping down a few bites of our dinner and taking the rest to go. Now that a night out has become more expensive, you need to frequent restaurants with good management and reliable service. A comped drink or an apology from a manager would have gone a long way but neither were offered.

We had a terrible experience last night (4/5/24). We sat down at 6:15 and got our food at 7:40. The waitress was clearly struggling and getting no help from management. She walked out shortly after she took our order. The only person who acknowledged what happened was the poor waitress that had to take over all of the other waitress's tables. I'm starting to wonder if there was even a manger working that night. On the way out I told the hostess that it was ridiculous that no one even apologized and she informed me that she wasn't the owner. We used to go here a few times a year. I'll never go back.

I have since changed my review from one star to five, as I went back recently after hearing they revamped the place. 100 times better, the food is fantastic. It’s a breath of fresh air!

The food was excellent as usual however the service was terrible. Our salad was sitting waiting to be brought to the table, our entree was delivered and when we realized okay there’s no salad, we decided to find the server and let her know to just disregard it all together. The entire staff was sitting 2 tables away and I stood in front of the table waiting for someone to ask me what I needed…when I asked the server to just take it off the bill as it never arrived she said “no, it’s coming.” The server checked in once after we were done eating while listening to the manager speak to the servers loudly right behind us…Im not sure what the service industry has turned into but I’m pretty sure this is sub par.Food has always been great on the good side. Food gets 6 stars if that we’re possible.

I've been coming to Augustino's restaurant for about a decade, but I was disappointed today. We were given a gift certificate a few years ago and recently found it. The restaurant would not honor it though, and that just felt shortsighted for repeat business, and also a little dishonest given that there was no expiration on the certificate.If you're looking for an Italian restaurant that's family owned and treats its customers well, I'd recommend Ziti's on Speen Street. They have a fantastic Arrabbiata sauce and fresh pastas -- but most importantly -- you'll walk away feeling good from the food, staff, and ownership. A lot of small business is built on relationships and their presence in the community. I think Ziti's still gets that, so if you're looking for fresh Italian food in town, I'd recommend you try Ziti's next time!

I always love going to Agostino’s and I’ve been going for years. Everything is great when I go but whenever I order take out, they always mess it up. Last time they forgot the dessert and we went back to get it…. Tonight, the forgot the side salad and I was already home so did not want to go back. I called to tell them, which they say, come on back…. That’s not convenient. The whole point of take out is convenience and when it is constantly wrong it becomes more of a hassle than not…. Lack of attention to detail doesn’t help business. I am sure I’ll continue to go to Agostino’s, but only in person which I don’t go out a lot anymore…. We usually order take out. I would not recommend anyone ordering take out.
I haven’t been here in years and came in for lunch this week and it was just as good as I remember! I got the chicken parm sandwich and my sister got the eggplant and both dishes were so good! Very good size portions. It was a Wednesday late lunch right before dinner so it wasn’t busy and the service was great! Definitely recommend it here!
