$8.00 for two scoops. My mother loved it, all that mattered.
Good sized cones and excellent ice cream
Good collection of ice creams, plenty of vegan and non dairy options to choose from. We tried the maachiato and strawberry swirl in the vegan options and we absolutely loved it! We were pleasantly surprised as it tasted just like any dairy icecream. Would definitely visit once again!
Great service and great ice cream
Alexis was so amazing! She made me such a yummy bday cone. Definitely coming back, had a great experience
Tasty ice cream, convenient location
Very nice tasty ice cream, good customer service, but prices are out of control ($10+ for a small ice cream and a waffle cone). I can see why this place was empty during my recent visit. There are local ice cream shops that are more affordable. I would suggest the corporate to reconsider their prices, otherwise I would not be surprised if this place will be closed.
Excellent ice cream!! The texture is nice and thick. I always get the Chocolate Therapy — it is delicious and not too sweet!
My visit to Ben & Jerry’s reminded me of Chris Stapleton’s song called you should probably leave. We got our ice cream and left asap! The girl who served us must be really going through it. I have received better customer service at an RMV in the morning..
One of worst ice cream, don’t have taste and leads options.

Hello! I was just here for free cone day and witnessed the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. A mother and three young children walked in 5 minutes too late and were denied service. This was not the issue. What was the issue was the random coworker butting into the conversation the gentleman was having with the mother who was being very polite, kind, and understanding about getting denied service. This worker said “we literally opened at 11 you've had all day to get here” in an extremely rude and condescending tone and proceeded to mumble other rude comments under her breath. I will definitely not be coming back to this location especially after seeing the other posts about workers here and their attitude. Being in the service industry I understand the difficulty however blatantly being rude is uncalled for and unprofessional. I hope they can use this as a learning experience.
Love Ben and Jerry's as a company, but this place has discontinued kiddie sized cups. Feels foolish they don't want me to pay more for less, but the lack of the option means I'll likely look for a JP Licks or something similar instead.
Today is Jan 18, 2025 this happened at 11am today:
I ordered a custom cake online a few days ago. Unfortunately, I did not look up the hours of operations for the Natick store before I headed out to pick up my cake. I arrived an hour before they opened. The young woman behind the counter was in the process of doing her opening checklist, when I knocked on the door to get her attention. When she looked at me she quickly shook her head no, as in “we are not open”. I pleaded with her through the glass; please I ordered a cake, and it is already paid for. Again, she shook her head no. I asked again, please can you just quickly give me my cake? She shook her head no a third time, as she pointed to her writst. Then she put up her fingers 1 and 2 as in “we open at 12”.
I said, really? She shook her head no, and then I walked away.
An hour later I came back to pick up my cake, and she gave me a snippy greeting. I said I was there to pick up a cake. She called back to a co-worker and this person brought out my cake in less than a minute.
I know I was asking for a lot, arriving an hour before they opened, but I am writing this review in hopes this could be a training moment for management.
Even if the answer ended up being no, it would have gone a long way if she actually opened the door said hello and politely explained she was closed and there was nothing she could do for me. Additionally, when I came back, she could have mentioned our exchange, again something like I am sorry I couldn’t help you out earlier…I am under strict policy not to hand out cakes before we open…or something like that. Instead, she was rude every chance she could have been.
From my point of view, since the cake was paid for, and she didn’t even need to log into her POS. I would have thought taking less than 5 minutes to grab a cake would be the right thing to do. She could have said she was making a special exception this one time etc…
Thanks for your time.
Yummy stuff with a good variety of treats and flavors. A bit pricey given the modest portions. I appreciate the nod towards environmental awareness and how B&J's helps through their practices. The use of reclaimed wood cladding for the wainscot speaks to that. Staff was friendly and professional.
Loved the flavor they serve. Must try ‘Half baked’ and chocolate chip cookie dough.
