Our $75 order consisting of pizzas and apps, had a 45 minute estimation time after being ordered at 5:30. We called after about an hour and 20 minutes just to check in and the woman on the phone said they were really busy, which is understandable but 7:00 was approaching and everyone was so hungry. We waited another 25 before calling and they said it would be soon- all in all we didn’t get anything mid tasting cold food until about 8:00 after ordering at 5:30. Just pretty annoying for food that’s not that good.

The pizza is terrible. I might as well have just had a frozen pizza in my house. If I am paying to eat at a restaurant I expect quality food and this place gets 1 star for food quality. The staff is nice and the place looks decent so an extra star.

Disappointed in the kids cheese burger meal. It was so dry and hard. Hard to chew and swallow. The portion was perfect for someone not wanting a huge burger and it's pretty big for even a small kid. Hopefully it's a one time thing.

It's hard to find good gluten free pizza. Bill's offers two types: tapioca flour and cauliflower crusts. Both are delicious.

The coziest mom and pop store in Natick. We have been going there for years and the staff is so helpful and good. Great food. You can't go wrong if you order the barbecue chicken pizza. Definitely the best pizza is Natick. You can try half and half as well. Cold beers (Jack Abby) served as well.

I have to admit, they have really good gyros and pizza. I’m sure there’s a lot more thats great at bills but im currently hooked on the gyros.
Good gluten free pizza. One of the better ones actually. Newton's service isn't great and isn't really a place to stay and eat. Parking is also difficult given that it's in Newton Centre.

I feel bad leaving a poor review since the quality is decent, but when they mess your order up it's hard not to. Twice now, in 11 months of ordering from them 7-8 times, they have excluded an item. Today (June 14th) I ordered IN PERSON and half the order was missing. I probably should have verified better, but when they hand you a stapled bag of a small order it feels rude to rip it open in front of them to check it. Will definitely not be back. There are plenty of other good pizza and sandwich places in the area.

I love the pizza from bills. I usually order pizzas from there weekly. However, they lack on reading the add ons you put on the website. I always request for extra pineapple and it comes with 5 pieces of pineapple max. Everytime!
