I buy the coffee from Brilla everyday, as it is far superior to any other coffee in this mall. Lucas makes my coffee most days. Knows exactly what I want before I order and serves up the best cup of coffee with a smile always! The great tasting coffee and the wonderful service is why I only go to Brilla now! Thank you Lucas😄
This is the most disgusting coffee product I’ve ever had. It tasted burnt and bitter like it was filtered through a sock. The women working here had a poor attitude that was as equally if not more worthless than the coffee.

Be CAUTIOUS if you have ALLERGIES. I bought smoothies for my children yesterday and explained very clearly that one had a dairy allergy. He was given a smoothie without the whipped cream on top due to this allergy and we thought all was well. Expect that the smoothie had been made with milk. When I questioned the barista, she didn't know that milk was dairy too. Ughhhh. So the kid got an epi pen and sat in the ER for 5 hours instead of meeting Santa yesterday. I'm pretty bullshit over this TBH. It's unacceptable.

Rude cashier today. I asked for a pumpkin spiced coffee, then I noticed that they were using the cheap flavorings. I tried the coffee when it was given to me and I told the woman I really did not like it and if I could just get a black coffee since their flavors were bad. She said no. She was not willing to give me another coffee when I didn’t like the one I got. Every other store/restaurant will always redo an order.

Very disappointing experience.
This café is misleading its customers. I was charged $6.50 for a small cappuccino, which is completely unreasonable — especially considering it was made by an automatic machine, not a proper espresso machine. What makes it worse is that the café actually has real coffee machines, but chooses not to use them.
