Went here for a work dinner. All the items we tried ranged from very good to excellent. The cocktails were considered. The wine list was short but also considered. Our waitress nailed her checkins, we never had to wait and never felt harassed. Would happily come here again.

This is my first time at this location because Legals had oyster day. I was greeted by a handsome hostess Matt and beautiful Melanie that made me feel so welcome. Big shot out to the bartender Matt who told me about the rewards program and how it works. Now Legals has competition they made me a rewards member for life . EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My newest favorite place to come! Thank you!

We just walked out of the restaurant because the hostess staff and others were rude, had attitude and zero communication ability with us. We came in and asked for a booth- of which there were many- and waited about 15-20 minutes, while the 2 guys who came in after us were seated right away. I worked in a restaurant for many years and understand how balancing sections works but this was unacceptable. There were booths empty and clear in sight we were not being sat in and being totally ignored and given attitude. I pride myself on customer service and making people feel welcome and if they have to wait I make sure the wait feels like nothing to them and communicate. We will never give this establishment our money. And while they will not care or even notice- in a world where kindness is in shortage and people under the age of 35 have terrible work ethic- a little thoughtfulness, hustle and seating us in the open empty booth, would have made long lasting customers. Unkind hostess- not ok to treat anyone that way.

this place is simply absolutely incredible, me and my wife went here for our first date ever, and went back almost exactly a year later. both times were simply phenomenal, great environment, the food is incredible, both me and my wife loved it. (their burgers and ceasar salad are the bomb). reasonably priced, i got the bill and was SHOCKED at how low it was for the insane quality. i love this place, i will always say yes to burtons.

Second visit first time great waiter with personality, ok atmosphere. Second visit only there because Legal Seafood closed while remodeling. Anyhow sat at the bar ordered food to go and had one drink and appetizer while waiting. Spinach dip was over cooked. Showed Matt when he came by and ask if everything was ok?? He gave a look of disgust and annoyed. Wrong look for a paying customer that is spending $65. Polish up on how to make more money because what you’re doing is the opposite. Will not return with that type of service. If black money is not welcomed I have plenty of other places to go. The place is not all that!!
