Called 5 days in advance for a reservation, confirmed the reservation a day before hand, showed up 10 minutes before the reservation time and my party of 6 was seated 40 minutes after my reservation time.We were seated at a table set for 4, and had to request another table be brought to be able to accommodate our 6 people.Server made backhanded remarks about our party members as if we could not hear him, and required multiple repetitions for orders/drinks.I will not be choosing to dine here again.

Today I went with friends to enjoy the delicious food on their menu, everything was perfect except the atmosphere that was heard, I think it came from inside the kitchen, it was really annoying and uncomfortable, such unpleasant laughter and the conversations that are made in Spanish using obscenities leaves a lot to be desired to be able to return.

There was nothing that wowed me about the ambiance. The bar is huge, which was nice. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu which was the laziest prepped bleu I've ever had. The Mediterranean Chicken Risotto was good, but the "mashed potato's" seemed like the instant kind. Both overpriced for what we got though. They also offer "bread service" for $4.5??? Can't afford the complimentary table bread? I'm not rushing back.

We have been coming to Burton's Grill for over 10 years, love the Filet Mignon there.This last time the service wasn't up to par, but I'm really impressed by the manager's Dan's way of making it right. He even followed up with a phone call the following week. Very impressed how they treat their patrons.

Walked into the bar on Friday of March 1st, 2024 at 1:30 pm. After sitting down at the bar for over six minutes, I walked out. When I first walked in the bartender was talking to other customers at the bar, and then he continued to fill ice cube trays for two minutes. After that, he continued to have a conversation with one of the servers for approximately three minutes, so both of them weren’t doing their jobs, after that, I thought was gonna come over to greet me but instead he decided to clear plates for someone who has already done eating so I decided to walk out. I don’t understand how you’re in the service industry and you don’t notice that somebody is sitting at the bar for over five minutes , nevertheless have a conversation with another employee for over three minutes when you should be working. That’s my experience at the Framingham location so I never need to go back.

A huge shout out to Jodi who oversees operations support, she went above and beyond. This establishment thrives on a commitment on both high quality and above all value. I’m thrilled I joined the rewards program. I have received great receptive vibes all around. The menu is very much expensive, and the signature steaks are very much worthy of trying.I’m hooked on their burger, cucumber salad, mashed potatoes and bread service just to name a few mouth watering dishes!I’ve had the honor to enjoy a handful of rotating dishes that feature exclusive recipes with very hefty portions.Great parking, prices, awesome perks. Their food is spot on consistent, and they truly thrive on retaining the customer, above all customer retention and customer experience, remains a top priority.

Went here on a double date (and had our children tag along). The veggie burger was amazing! Easily the best veggie burger I've had. Our waiter was so kind and attentive, without being overbearing. I wish the bread service was complimentary instead of an appetizer, but it was good nonetheless.The kids' menu was refreshing with a variety of options. However, the mixed fruit side was disappointing as it was mostly pineapple with one apple slice. Personally, I wouldn't mind, but for a 3 year old, a bunch of pineapples wasn't appealing.Vegetarian options: Highly recommend the veggie burger
