Rats running around while guests are eating dinner! We’ve been there a fee times, had started liking the food, but noticed unclean plates a few times, seeing rats was a breaking point

Honestly , I think we will slowly eat our way through the menu. It's not inexpensive but it's not super pricey for the amazing quality we experienced. I hadn't been since before 2020 and now I'd been two weeks in a row.
They had a make your own bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. This was such a nice touch and the food was delicious. Our server brought my young kids the fruit that came with their meals ahead of when the rest was ready, anyone with young kids knows how helpful this is. The food was delicious as always.

Lunch here is always good. Prices are getting a bit heavy. I ate here today, and got a salad with crab (total size about 2 cups), a cup of tomato soup and a mocktail and it came to $42 ($50 with tip). Service was not crisp, but pleasant.

We enjoyed our Valentine's Lunch. My salad was excellent, but the salmon was a little overcooked. My husband's Crab Mac & Cheese was great. It was even better the next day! It is nice to have booth seating but since I am only 5'2" I felt like my chin was almost level with my food. I will have to remember to sit in a chair next time. Some sort of divider between the booths would be nice. We had a group of 3 women next to us that were seated after us that were excited to be with each other and were louder than we liked.

Have you tried the cilantro lime tacos? Tickled me where I itched. Best tacos ever? Probably not...but they tasted fresh, had interesting ingredients, and were an appropriate portion size. Would definitely choose to eat here over the food court and many of the other restaurant options in the mall. I wish the aesthetics were better (felt very much like a hotel restaurant's decor) but wouldn't hesitate going back for another meal!

It was horrible experience not only did we saw a rat running around the floor, but how the waitress Arianna handled the issue by yelling at us for requesting refund was just unprofessional. She was trying to make it look like having a rat is ok in the restaurant and thought us requesting a refund is unreasonable. I’m still shock that I had this experience in Nordstrom sub-restaurant.
