Charleys Philly Steaks

I wish I had checked the reviews before giving my money to this greedy business. This is absolutely disappointing for a $25 meal, surprisingly it says on the menu that it comes with an extra portion of steak which is a LIE.
I tried to speak with someone but besides rude, they never tried to make up for it. Never again and I hope this helps saving other people’s money!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE - The absolute WORST charlie’s i’ve ever been to and the only one that I ever experienced poor service. Asian woman and man at the front have disgusting attitudes and do not care about how they speak to people. The other reviews about it were right, and the fact that someone is going out of the way to make a review about a mall charlie’s philly steak should speak volumes. Don’t support this business.

The bone in buffalo wings were the worst I have ever had anywhere. It was as though they were dehydrated even with the sauce.

I was supposed that other reviews also complained about the cashier lady's bad attitudes. today we stopped by and ordered. food is fine buy her attitue/behavior was worst.

Normally this brand is my favorite hot subs. We always like to have it for either lunch or dinner in Chicago. Today we traveled to Marlborough, MA, so glad we found this branch.
But the service was bad, the cashier didn’t seem to want to work. We asked for chili sauce that every branch in Chicago always provides in front of the stall. She didn’t understand what chili sauce was. Keep saying no no, don’t have. The food was so salty that I can’t even finish. We ordered Philly cheese steak and chicken teriyaki.

We had food here long time ago and had no issue but today I had steak and my wife had chicken but chicken was not cooked and steak was smelling like fishWhen we complained about the chicken they didn’t want accept they said if we do it over it is going to be like this again so we said to change it to steak and after so much argument they charged us the difference and gave my wife steak instead chickenAs soon as she ate the steak she said it smells so we threw them in the garbage and left
