Decently friendly, they made one of our 4 orders twice and as things coming out separately older kid grabbed cone for younger and they already had it...so yeah stuff happens as busy, this time extra, assume if cone not made they seem like would just fix order.

DQ is a classic warm weather treat. Ordering through the app makes things a bit easier. You avoid waiting in line typically, prices are transparent, photos are on point, and you earn rewards. The staff were friendly and my order was prepared quickly. Be back again soon!

The service was excellent. The store is very busy, both the window and the drive through. While watching the workers fill orders I was impressed with their quick movements and efficiency filling the orders. Our order was accurately filled and tasted as expected, delightful. A true part of American culture and I am so glad they are still in business. It was lovely to see so many families across multiple generations and also sports teams in line for a favorite summer time treat.

Ordered 2 hot dogs and a reeses blizzard they had it out and ready by the time I walked across to my car and back to the window. Super quick and easy to order!
I love the location and the quick and friendly service. However, tonight was my second time ordering the fench silk pie blizzard. Both times I have been disappointed to be missing half the ingredients that are listed in the ingredients and pictured in the advertisements. I hope to see consistent quality at this location soon to avoid making the farther drive to the Ashland for the proper blizzard.
