Dave & Buster's Natick

Very fun place!

Food was decent for a barcade. This is my second time ever coming. I came here two nights ago. I had a lovely waitress Felicia who made me the best drinks and made sure everything was okay. Manager came by to make sure all was well. Highly recommend if you love video games which I do not but they still got four stars because the service was excellent!!

J the manager was very friendly and extremely helpful with transferring credits and tickets from 8 cards to just 2. She let me know that downloading the app would be beneficial and also helped by uploading my two cards and dividing the credits between both of them.

Priced high for what we get as far as games are concerned. Been twice with the Grandkids, not going back.

We go on Tuesday nights for the wonderful Trivia shows (thank you, Cody) and to see our wonderful waitress (thank you Felicia) who makes us feel right at home. It's a night we look forward too all week! Cody is hilarious and makes trivia so much fun, and Felicia remembers our names, what we drink, what we like to eat, and starts serving us as soon as we arrive. Thank you, Dave & Busters, Cody, and Felicia, for always giving us a night to look forward to. Oh, yeah, the food is awesome too! :-)

I love this place. The employees are fantastic. I really take my grandkids here and we have a blast. We eat, they go off and run around. They play their games. I challenge my grandsonic challenge my life. And my granddaughters, we end up losing time in that place next thing I know it's almost 9 o'clock. In the employees, I swear you couldn't ask for a bunch of people there.

Walk in and screen didn't work.. told the hostess I wanted the combo (food $ play for one price) and the screen stopped working. He sent me to the back where there tickets are collected and said they will help me.. i walk to the back and explain to the woman that I was sent there because I want the combo and the triage screen wasn't working and the hostess sent me here.. she was mindblown and was rude and she sent me to the bar.. the waiters at the bar told me to go back to the hostess to be seated smh.. so I then explain my experience with my waiter and while he takes me and my children's order his device died and my order ended up being wrong. and drinks also.
I came here to enjoy myself and take the kids here for the first time and it was one thing after another but with a smile, i still tipped well and had a good time.. yes they definitely need to work things out but still a cool place. And if u wanna do the human crane.. wear closed toe shoes!!!

Always a fun time playing games at Dave and Busters! For some reason you can only charge or recharge your play card with cash at the moment so keep that in mind if you plan to visit.

We went from 6 to 8 on a Friday with 10, 11, & 15 year-olds (and their friends). It was a great experience. It was clean & relatively empty (in terms of feeling safe with my kids' relative independence).

The food was excellent & well-priced. One of the kids in our party left her apple phone & the waitress kept it safe and sound.

I would strongly recommend going here!

Workers always act like you are bothering them when a game is down or have a basic questions

The games are getting expensive to play 10 chips 11 chips for one game spent $33 or 35 to get 165 tickets and it went like a half hour. They need to bring back to the five and six chip games

Drinks were bad, place was dirty.

At this D&B I had a horrible time after eating the amazing food. We went to go reload the game card, and took 10$ from us and they didn't even have a camera to see. After spending 25 min trying to reload finally we got to playing just to find out the games aren't updated, clean or even working. We spent chips on machines that didn't even work.
Overall food was amazing good thing we started with that, but to play it wasn't fun at all.
