I went in to buy an iced coffee and I was told that the store does not except 100 dollar bill The bold white guy that waited on me was very rude about it. How can a busy store like that not except 100 dollar bill.

Totally a waste and disappointing experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Natick. On two separate visits, I was unable to order any food. Yesterday, I was denied the $6 deal offer due to their system error, and then today I was rejected for the $2 drink offer and told to order by myself via mobile app. The staff, particularly two women, were arrogant and not helping. It seems they prefer customers to order through the app rather than in-store.

Honestly the nicest staff ever. I came in half asleep and the person taking care of me was so sweet and amazing. Not to mention the bacon was perfectly cooked on my sandwich. The name was Kanth on the recipe so I really hope that was her! I will definitely be going here for now on.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary in this case. The cashier was incredibly disrespectful during my visit. I ordered a hot chocolate and a sandwich. While the sandwich was prepared quickly, several other customers came in, ordered drinks, and left before I even received my drink. When I politely asked the cashier about my hot chocolate, she rudely responded with “sooo?” in a loud voice and pointed to another employee in the back, saying it was her responsibility. The drink was then made immediately. The staff overall seemed very slow, which I could overlook, but the cashier’s attitude toward customers was unacceptable.

I think one of the worst one I ever visited , no drive true and is very busy , I don’t know if is the cultural difference but those Indians ladies don’t show any empathy or customer service at all , you ask for mayo and they don’t have any , you need napkins and the dispenser is empty,,,,,, no please stay away from there

My lord, DD wasn't good from before now it's even worse.
It's in Natick so Natick ppl go get your coffee on.
I wouldn't recommend anything from DD but coffee

Slow, very slow. No acknowledgment from staff when I walked in and was the only customer standing at the counter for 5 minutes while one staff member wandered around the kitchen like a lost puppy, one was filling the dairy machine and one was working on an online order. I understand finishing what they were working on, but not even a greeting when we’re standing 3 feet away with a counter in between us? Unwelcoming environment and inefficiently run imo.

Ordered a large ice latte with almond milk. Saw the cashier put one shot of espresso. When I asked how many shots, he said more than one. I disputed and he became angry and told me to shake the cup. He refused to add any shot and consisted he was correct and slammed the counter showing how angry he was. He did the same thing when another customer asked for sugar. Very unprofessional. Wished I had taken down his name.
