Very rude staff. Especially the manager. I was polite as could I could be at the drive through and when I got up to the window, saw the manager throw my stuff to the person serving through the window. I’ve done customer service for 10 years and I’ve never done that or seen anyone do that. It almost looked like she was waiting with my food to throw it. I’m very confused about this but it’s fine by me. Here’s a bad review

This location big fail used to be my favorite. Asked for bagel double toasted sandwich came out cold barely toasted and the turkey was pink in the middle , coffee was watered down plenty if staff food was thrown together disgust

Great location in Natick. Donuts were ok. Staff was friendly
God damn it. I said MILK and sugar. NOT cream and suger. What the fock is wrong with these people? The task does not involve high levels of complexity or extreme technical skill. Stop jabbering and put down the weed pipe and pay attention for focks sake. I'm sick of this agrivation. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. And may god have mercy on your incompetant souls.

Had the most unpleasant experience at this location. 12:30pm. Went to the drive through and asked the man taking orders to please give me one second (so I can look at the menu). He said "okay oneeee second" in the background with one of his workers then mocks me "one" they both start laughing. Extremely disrespectful and rude. So I drove off without ordering obviously and at the window I saw them both just laughing. I get that you work at fast food but if you don't like your job just quit, no one has to deal with your incompetence just because you're miserable.

Was okay great service. I happen to like this Dunkin and the people thatci have encountered seem very nice. But I was here yesterday at approximately 2p.m. and the language was not what I would expect from people whom deal with the public. The person whom I assume is the shift supervisor or maybe not (short women with short hair dyes red) dropped the F bomb about 20 times over someone complaining that they had to get out of the car when they had curbside pick up. I left because I was sick of hearing her foul mouth. I went for coffee and something to eat not a lesson in learning how to use the F word I'm happy I didn't have the children I watch with me.
