I've been there a few times, and the last few times I received extremely poor service. The lack of respect was appalling; the employee even yelled at me because the communication system was faulty and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She yelled at me, being extremely rude and arrogant. Today, I went to place an order, waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and when it was my turn to order, they told me to get back in line because I hadn't ordered through their system, but had gone directly to the window. They also informed me that the system wouldn't allow it and that the manager would get angry if I didn't go to the back of the line again, even though I had already been in line for 15 minutes. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Besides all that, you order one thing and they give you something else, and they think you're obligated to accept it!

Served me a moldy old fashioned donut. Got our orders wrong when we finally went up to the window as well. Super annoying
Staff was very rude- when went through the drive thru-not only did the lady taking our order start by talking bad about the car before us-she didn’t know the menu after asking her about what kind of donuts they had and she said “If it’s not on the menu they obviously don’t have it”. Then when we were ordering after only 10 seconds, she said we were taking too long to order and to come in the store. We just came to get donuts for our kids-on a family vacation from out of state and they were so excited to get the Halloween bucket. We ended up going in to finish our order and asked to speak to manager and she was worse! She proceeded to say their staff doesn’t have to go through training etc and began to record us and chased us out of store. This place is crazy.
Manager at this establishment is probably one of the worst persons I’ve ever encountered including her employees very rude very disrespectful if I could give it less than one star I would try to avoid this place by all means necessary the manager even tried videotaping us for some crazy reason because they want to be rude absolutely zero customer service

I was disappointed with the behavior of the staff at the establishment, including both the server and the manager. It appeared that they treated all customers with a lack of courtesy. I observed two customers expressing dissatisfaction about the staff's attitude before I experienced similar treatment myself. I hope the staff will receive proper training in customer service to improve their interactions.

The service was terrible, I was with my wife which is a hajabi and she went in there and ordered the 6$ meal and when the order got ready she looked at the receipt and it said croissant and she never ordered a croissant 🥐 she ordered the bagel the same exact thing on the picture but without any bacon, she politely asked to make sure its a bagel and the manager said no its not, and walked away and ignored her, i went in after hearing this and asked her myself we payed for something can we please know why we can't get what we payed for she ignored me after waiting 10 minutesfor my order, she said she will call the cops and she never did in the end because she knew she was wrong. I take this as racism bcause everyone else in line she talked so respectfully and and patient with the

Traveling through the area and stopped for DD. The intercom was hard to hear but hey it is right at the highway rest area,,,the coffee...omg... on point!! Shaken iced espresso was the best I've had since DD 1st rolled it out. The food was great at well. Thank you to the crew working Sat. June 28 @11:58. Keep up the great work, and don't let rude, impatient people crush your vibe!

Wish there were more seating spots to stretch your legs and relax but it's a bare bones dd so you will have to drink your coffee in the car

The staff was unprofessional they cant take an order correctly and they refused to give a cup holder
The employees lacked patience and listening skills despite no other customers in line. The order was incorrect. They would not provide service recovery via phone.

We went thru the drive thru, we had three people in the car and had been deciding for about three minutes when the woman working said “she had a car behind us and we were taking a while to decide so we needed to decide faster or come inside”. Needless to say, we just left.
