There was one other customer in front of me in the drive thru who must have had the same trouble I did.I had to repeat my order 3x - med french vanilla IC with 8 skim milk and 2 Splenda. Shot - not the swirl. I get to the window - $4.16 and I tipped. Was given my IC and could tell right away it was way too dark. It was a mocha IC - I gave it back and then had to repeat what I wanted twice to this employee! Was still way too dark - don't know what they used for IC but it tastes burnt and I ended up throwing it away - never again.

My recent experience at Dunkin' Donuts left much to be desired due to the poor customer service I encountered. The staff was outright rude from the beginning of the transaction to the end. She aggressively gave me the bag containing my order (which I ignored). I was putting my wallet away when she said, "you aren't the only person in line". I was at the drive through window at most 1 minute which included waiting for my order so I ignored this comment thinking she can't really be talking to me. When I tried to pull out (which I was doing so carefully because I was trying to clear the window as I stationed myself too close to it) she then said " taaake your tiiime". I finally addressed her rude behavior by asking her to "relax". She simply said "Have a good day". The overall atmosphere was one of neglect, and it significantly detracted from what should have been a simple and pleasant visit.

Hours are not accurate. Sat Nov 25th and Sun Nov 26th doors closed, lights off at 5:35am. I don't think they start until 6 am earliest.

Being short, staff is no reason to completely ignore your customers when they go into your establishment waiting 10 minutes or more and not one person said to me we will be right with you, so I walked out.

I order a caramel macchiato coffee. I get coffee but not how I asked, " with caramel". I asked for caramel, and they give me the caramel because I asked, but was not enough, because the coffee still was too strong, so I came back and asked for a little more, and the person told me, that I should say it before because, the flavor would change and It can be extra money!!!!!I asked for a caramel macchiato from the beginning, they gave me a macchiato with no caramel.Now they lose a customer for a little extra caramel!!!!

Was running errands in the plaza when I made the mistake of ordering an iced coffee at this Dunkin. It was vile. Tasted so burnt, the burnt tasted overpowered the syrup in the coffee. It was so gross, I couldn’t drink it. Will never go back to this location.
