The drinks here are so bad that they’re just water with sugar. It’s not the first time I’ve had this, but it’s my last time ordering from this branch.

Hello,
I am writing to report an issue with my recent visit to the Dunkin’ located inside Natick Mall.

I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato for myself and the $6 Meal Deal for my husband. The total was $12.08, which I paid. However, the drink was made extremely small – far less than what a large size should be. Because of this, I paid an additional $1.59, but even after paying extra, they still gave me a very small portion.

I have been ordering the exact same drink for over a year at your other location:
117 W Central St, Unit A, Natick
They always make it perfectly, and their customer service is excellent.

Unfortunately, the Natick Mall Dunkin’ staff were very rude to me, and even though I paid full price (and extra), they did not make my drink correctly. I was very disappointed with the experience. (Because I didn't speak the language fluently they decided to take advantage of that)

I kindly request a refund for this order, as I did not receive what I paid for.

I’ve been a returning customer for over a month; and I would like to be the 1st to address a HUGE problem here, before it costs this location big bucks.

I noticed since the end of August that there is 1-2 people working on Saturdays after 3pm: A spanish girl with one of those baby hair curl-overs on the side, and another kid. While they make AMAZING quality food and drinks, the lines are always 10-15 people deep and cost customers precious time. They take an order fully which is great, but you have one person on sandwich station and one making drinks. There is NO ONE being a ringer/order taker and helping lighten the load. This establishment requires THREE people at all times! Idk who is in charge here, but they need to worry about hiring a 3rd person on weekends, IMMEDIATELY. 2 people walked away yesterday (Oct 5th, 2025) and I for one got yelled at for being late to my 330pm shift, when I arrived at 3:16 to place my order.

Please hire a third person or people who can work FAST AND ACCURATELY in a FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT. Thank you.

I like this location.. but it gets busy, and with only 2 people working, the one making the drinks that day was so overwhelmed that my hubby a pre-diabetic ( he can have SOME sugar, but he has to "tone it down") orders unsweetened the way it's made but only 1 pump of a flavored syrup.I watched the kid make our drink... But since there were multiple people waiting.. I wasn't sure if it was ours or not, so I didn't say anything because I couldn't see the sticker. But when he put it down, we checked the name and it was ours, start to finish. And it had 3 pumps of the pink velvet.This won't kill him of course, but it should be made known that our health is in their hands. They should REALLY have like 3 people working on busy weekends. It was still right after the holidays and the mall was packed. We waited for a bit too and there was a line( as usual). Great for business, but pay attention to scheduling, and the upper management should stop hording all the revenue. You guys are overworking your staff in EVERY location I visit. Including one of my manager friends in Lynn. She's even burned herself and had to keep going during call outs and such.

The lady who served us was so rude. she was screaming at customers and her poor co worker. She yelled at me for mis saying a food. I then watched her yell at multiple other people. Completely unacceptable.

I was there this morning and I had a very bad service from the tow ladies they didn’t care about customers with very bad attitude and nasty food (sandwich was cold and not fresh ) never go back again ??????
