I used to go there, but I started noticing rodents—probably coming from the garage next door. The place is not clean at all, and I wouldn’t eat there again. On top of that, the service was terrible. I’d rather pay a little more and go somewhere that’s both clean and welcoming.

Stoped for coffee and a few munchkins but “ just disappointed. The lady a the counter said there was no point to give me a bag for my two “little donuts” At first, I was confused but didn’t argue with her and left. Since when we’re not getting bags for pastries or munchkins. Not too much to ask, its just basic!

Walked into this Dunkin’ Natick today. Ordered a medium iced coffee with a twist bagel w/ butter, coffee was perfect to the taste. Customer service was fantastic. Also loved the fresh donuts. The best Dunkin’ in this area and clean establishment.Must visit.
The sandwiches are ok, but the coffee made in this Dunkin’ is worse than the one I make at home with a FrenchPress. It is SO watery. I’m leaving this comment after trying several times there with different coffee.

honestly impressed at the fact that i was politely greeted, my order was taken accurately, the coffee tasted like coffee (not piss), the correct amount of syrup was added, the sandwich was actually the shape and presentation of a sandwich, AND it came out quickly! you never see ALL of that at a dunkin. ?

The service at this location is fantastic. They really seem to care about their work unlike some of the other Dunkin's in the area. The partner's drink order is a little complicated and at most locations needs to be remade at least once but here they always get it right first try.
