I’m not one to make reviews but the experience I had left me feeling its best to. I went to get a snack while waiting for my car at Firestone. Right off the bat, I was greeted very warmly and friendly by the staff. The vibe of the store seemed incredibly uplifting, which is rare to find at other Dunkin’s. Keep up the great work and thank you so much!! I wish all stores were like this! :-)

don't go there they sell old coffee afternoon and evening staff they cell old coffee. when you tell them to give fresh coffee they don't through away old they just start making fresh coffee in that same container. I think I need to report to regional manager or corporate office. sometime even they argue.

I drink hot coffee black but the last few times I've been here in the late afternoon the coffee was tepid. I complained and they replaced but not without attitude. Same thing happened today but I just dumped it and went somewhere else. I don't need their attitude for $3, I just won't stop here again.

A good, okay Dunkin's. No drive-through. Convenient if you need to stay somewhere while you get your tire replaced. Kinda clean inside. It's just a normal dunkin.

I used to go there, but I started noticing rodents—probably coming from the garage next door. The place is not clean at all, and I wouldn’t eat there again. On top of that, the service was terrible. I’d rather pay a little more and go somewhere that’s both clean and welcoming.

Stoped for coffee and a few munchkins but “ just disappointed. The lady a the counter said there was no point to give me a bag for my two “little donuts” At first, I was confused but didn’t argue with her and left. Since when we’re not getting bags for pastries or munchkins. Not too much to ask, its just basic!
