Worst possible service, they mess up each time even when they ask you to repeat the order. If I had a dollar for every time they messed up my simple coffee order I'd be rich.

Went back another time just for them to totally forget the egg in my sandwich.

BEWARE!!! I visited this location yesterday and I am pretty sure they put something in my coffee intentionally. I have been having problems with this location with missing items and one worker being extremely unfriendly and when you tell that certain individual something is missing or ask for a straw they give you a stare down. It’s extremely weird because why do they work there if they don’t enjoy their job. It’s like they are angry that they have to serve you. I was there yesterday and had 3 coffees in my order. I was the unlucky one to get what I believe was an intentionally tainted coffee. I sipped it a few times and it tasted sour and disgusting. I had ordered the cookie dough flavor and never tried that flavor before, so initially I thought the flavor was extremely disgusting. I got home and was going to attempt to try and fix the taste so that I didn’t just waste $4. When I opened the lid of my coffee I noticed stuff floating around and initially assumed maybe the cream was curdled. The more I thought about it, it just doesn’t make sense why only one of 3 coffees would be curdled as they were dispensing the same cream. I have attached pictures of the coffee and another strange thing was the texture on the inside of the lid. I will not return to this location and will be escalating this with management as I am very concerned with what was in my coffee. I wish I saved it, but dumped it when I initially thought it was just curdled. I can’t get that employees cold eye stare down out of my head, which makes me believe it was intentionally. Anyways, I suggest avoiding this location, I personally will be going to the one down the street. I suggest to always look in your cup before drinking it because you just can’t trust what might be in it.

I go to a different Dunks everyday....I never have a problem.

Lately everytime I go to
this location for whatever reason I end up with the worst tasting coffee by far. Today's coffee tasted like piss!

I have gone to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years. I drink one cup of coffee every morning.. Consistently over the last couple months when I order my coffee has been wrong. It’s a simple order very simple but it’s been wrong.. Yet the people are nice very friendly. I blame this on the owners. I’ve never seen you in the store. Do you know how to work a cash register? Do you know how to do what they’re doing or do you just own the business and expect everybody to make it profitable for you? I will never come back here. I will go to Main Street or over by Roche Bros.. It has nothing to do with those that work there. I think you need to know how to do their job.

There hasn’t been one time where i’ve visited this dunkin where my order has been correct. I wouldn’t recommend visiting them unless you are looking to waste your time and money. Worst dunkin ever

Is this a joke? This is frosting. I was under the impression a whoopie pie is whipped cream. Since when is a whoopie pie anything other than white and black? I didn't ask for piss yellow. Get it together.

It’s impossible to order anything through the drive-through, They don’t understand what you’re saying, or they’re simply not listening. Multiple times I’ve had orders missing things & orders completely wrong. maybe if the kids weren’t so busy talking to each other they could actually take orders properly.

And on top of everything else, they’re almost always out of most of their items that are on the menu, I’ve had instances where I’ve Over their menu with them just saying “we’re out of that. We’re out of that. we’re out of that.”

I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs and just going the extra mile down the road in either direction to one of the other Dunkin Donuts locations.

Ordered at the kiosk. They didn't call our name, put our order on the mobile order shelf, and put the donut in the bag upside down. Look, i get that it's Dunkin and nobody expects it to be "great" but can you just try a little?

I always order thru mobile... but when I do have to interact with the employees it's like pulling teeth. I'm so sorry for coming in to purchase something and inconveniencing the workers. I suppose I do deserve the stank face and attitude for politely trying to retrieve my order. Believe me I can't wait to simply interact with a screen so I don't have to deal with these attitudes. I get that the job sucks, but that isn't my fault.
