My food was great, but, more importantly, the customer service was fantastic. I have significant food allergies and Brian, either the manager, owner or both, was so helpful. Brian texted me the ingredient lists of two items in the store so I would know what I was safe in ordering. Brian was friendly, and SO HAPPY to help me. My pizza (GF crust, chicken and roasted pepper) and chicken sandwich (GF roll) were delicious and, I knew I was safe eating them. The inside of the store is very clean, and they do a very brisk takeaway business. Small parking lot. Located next to Roche Brothers. Will absolutely return! :)

Giovanni's as a business, has been around for a long time, but is now under new management. The new owner is friendly, provides great food and amazing service. (He texts us and thanks us for our order!). The pizza is delicious with buttery crust, tangy sauce and delicious toppings (meatball, onion and garlic - amazing. The salads are tasty and there are also entrees and sides. While there is a small patio and a few tables inside and out, takeaway is probably your best bet. "Who has the best pizza" is a really subjective thing. People have strong opinions. This pizza is the real deal. More importantly, the service is amazing. Give Giovanni's a try. You won't be sorry.

This review is well overdue, Giovannis has been our go to spot for years. Their pizzas are great, fresh ingredients, solid crust and flavorful sauce. We also get their pizza with vegan cheese, caramelized onions, spinach and garlic, it's a hit.

By far the best pizza I have ever had!!!! We tried the pepperoni pizza and the pizza was outstanding!! Cooked perfectly - not too thick, not too thin. We also got the garlic breadsticks which were amazing - they use real garlic and what a difference it makes in the flavors! Brian the owner is so friendly & pleasant even holding the door for us when we walked out!! What a true gem right there in Natick - you've got to try it if you haven't already - you won't be disappointed!!!!
