The dragon fruit new launch was awful because of how much sugar and sweetness was in the drink. One of the employee named Sush was nice enough to remake the drink because one sip of the other drink made me want to voimt.
Quick service and many options to pick from!
I made the mistake of preordering at this location. There was no one at the counter for at least 25 min. The register had a key in, all things were turned on. When I called the phone associated with this location it was out of order. Finally, the server showed up and did not even say sorry. The drink was make incorrectly too. Do not go here
The brown sugar milk tea 🧋 not like milk tea, it tasted like sugar water . Never go again.
It’s one of the decent boba places I have been to. Customer service is amazing and they are really fast in making the orders.
Gong cha is my go-to, but this one is the worst. It's absolutely tiny and in the middle of the Natick mall, always crowded. The boba was obviously too small and hard like it hadn't been cooked right. There was only one girl making drinks so it took forever.
I love gong cha but this was by far the worse one I’ve been too. The tapioca pearls were definitely over cooked so my drink was basically mush. The girls are too busy on their phones and are not paying attention. They are friendly but too distracted.
When the asians aren’t working, is always bad.
The worst gong cha I’ve ever been to. The quality is awful. The drinks don’t taste the same as other locations. Boba arent made properly, mine were hard which was unpleasant.
Its better than kung fu tea. Ive had better but its good enough. Recommend the taro milk

Gong cha in Natick Mall used to be great. Something happened to the quality and quantity recently. Today, the Lemon Ai yu White Pearl was too sweet even with 0% sugar, and the milk in Pearl Milk Tea was sub par. The size of Medium is the same as how Small used to be. Shrinkflated! Overall, we are deeply disappointed!

I always go to gong cha. Suddenly I couldn’t use my rewards. They told me they locked at the time in Natick mall. Why? I thought they all the same company. Anyway I cut it off, no more boba tea. Forgot rewards thing, really don’t feel good about that.

My kids and I usually come to this boba tea stand every week. But this time the worker scammed my kids by giving himself a 20% tip without asking, and he didn’t give us the receipt until we asked for it. We realized that this time the price was more expensive than last time. Then we figured out he added a 20%tip to himself we went back to the stand, and we asked him how can he add a tip without asking first. He didn’t apologize to us and he said that he will refund the receipt and make a new receipt. He was also very disrespectful, when I talked to him he rolled his eyes when I confronted him.

The employees were very sweet and recommended me a tasty drink! Working in the mall could be very stressful but they were doing great
