Gong Cha is an automatic 5-star for me by nature of their direct competition with Kung Fu Tea. Increasingly I have noticed "Bubble Tea" prices rising and sizes shrinking (starting pre-COVID).Kung Fu Tea was one of the earliest adopters of this mentality. I’ve had nothing but decent experiences here, however, today I ordered a drink with pudding (8/29/22) and noticed some sort of powder texture in my drink. Turns out, the powder was sourced from the pudding: meaning that it was not prepared properly/not mixed uniformly. Inspecting the drink closer, I could see that the pudding was grainy.
