I love this place. The food is amazing, especially love their natick wings, spring rolls and fried rice. They always so polite and pleasant on the phone. It is a little out of my way but, its work the extra 10 min drive for me.

Pad Thai was drenched in sauce and was too sweet with hints of saltiness.The Thai ice tea was two to three times too sweet.The fried rice flavor was good. The chicken satay was good.

Excellent food at a fair price. Yeah!!!They appear to offer sit down service, but without customer restrooms, so minus one star. If I am corrected on this, I'll edit this and add the fifth star.
Really glad we found this place! Their food is very tasty! Their pricing is excellent compared to other places. Though they don’t have the crispy chicken pad thai, their regular pad thai hits the spot! It’s not too dry or greasy! We also love the triangle puffs! It’s our to go thai food now around the area!

Of all the Thai food places in the area I have to say this is probably my least favorite. The pad thai really lacked sauce, and the shrimp had a strange flavor to it. I also got the dumplings and they were a really strange shape and difficult to eat. Bummed!

Krua Thai is a small take-out oriented Thai restaurant. There are a couple in the Natick/Framingham region, and I think they are the best one out of the various competitors. It's a small restaurant so there isn't much space to sit in, but when I have dined in (pre-pandemic), the service was always friendly and attentive. Most of my experience with them has been takeout, and their food is always fantastic. Their noodle dishes and curries always travel well, and while the portions are fairly generous. Would recommend if you are in the mood for Thai food and you're in the Natick region

Spring rolls were tasty, pad thai was savory but tangy. chicken basil was pretty in flavor and the chicken looked rather sad. Service from the lady at the counter was friendly and nice.
