Food was NOT fresh. Chicken tasted like shrimp, pork very discolored and chewy. I belive i was served old food. When I tried to say something, not to get a refund, but to let them know, and I got the most angriest face from one of them. I belive they know exactly what they are serving people and honestly couldn't care less, and make fun of you behind your back.

The lady at the counter was constantly rushing everyone who tried to order and didn’t really listen to portions just threw everything in the plastic container. I did like the chicken and noodle but did experience stomach pain after (not 100% sure it’s related but it’s the only thing i ate that day). Overall it was mid and definitely not the place to get chinese food in the natick mall!! Also it was incredible expensive $20 for some noodles and chicken.

I had a terrible experience after eating at this restaurant. I ordered the BBQ and teriyaki chicken, and within hours I started having severe diarrhea, which has lasted for two days. The smell and color were unusual — this felt like food poisoning. I do not recommend this place due to serious health concerns. Please be cautious.

This Monday I had a really terrible experience. I took 2 lunches and when I paid there was some kind of a hitch and the cashier told me to pay again, I did so. Then I went to the table but decided to check the payment. It turned out that I paid twice. I went back and said this but the cashier didn't pay attention to me at first but later gave me the check, I didn't understand anything, I decided to check with her if I was thinking correctly. For some reason she was extremely rude and even with hand gestures as if she was chasing me away. This is terrible, because of her mistake I paid twice and when I tried to get my money back I felt like a beggar. Disgusting behavior of the staff, I will not go to this place again.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would! After ordering food and sitting down I witnessed the older lady in the back picking her nose so deep I wanted to vomit!! Food went right in the trash! They should be ashamed of themselves! Gross!!!

Came here with my mom on Saturday to the Natick Mall. We stopped by the food court and my mom decided she wanted to get her food from this place so as I’m ordering for her the lady is already rushing me and not letting me translate to my mom who is a Spanish speaker. My mom ends up asking for some chicken that had broccoli and TWO crab ragoons. The lady proceeds to rush to the end not listening and placing 4 crab ragoons on the plate. When we sat down and my mom started eating her food she realizes that her meat is RAW. Immediately I take it up the same lady and politely asked for it to be thrown out and exchanged for something else. Immediately she catches an attitude with me. I paid for the food, no one wants to eat raw chicken and then given attitude and dismissive behavior when asking for an accommodation.

Master puke is the worst Chinese food in Natick. Yeah it's at the food court in the mall - but that's no reason to serve us food that WILL GET YOU SICK. My body rejected it less than 30 minutes after consuming it.
The food or the plate it came in smelled like cigarette smoke. Stunk up my car so bad that my girlfriend asked if I was smoking again. The next morning when I got in my car, it still stunk like a cigarette was smoked in it.
Not happy. I had to get my car reconditioned cause I couldn't handle the smell that never went away from this disgusting food.
Can't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
