I ordered through the drive through on the app and when I got to the store they said the ice tea was unavailable even though I ordered it on the app, then they keep telling me to cancel the order because of one ice tea, I ask them to just make everything else and leave the ice tea but she keeps saying cancel the whole order because you need to reorder again. She then says can take my order on the computer through the drive though. I go cancel my order and then she says I have to go park and go inside and order. I think the person was the manager on duty, she should be FIRED with her type of behavior and work ethic. If you ever see this woman just know she is not experienced enough and is super rude.

The place is dirty there are no napkins sugar and others on the shelves are empty the bathrooms are dirty and the food was not good I ordered a Chinese juice in a container after I paid for it they say they don't have that type of juice they don't know why it appears At the sectioning machine they offered me coffee or another Chinese juice but I was not happy because the juice they gave me was small after offering me the large one. The people who work are not friendly, I expected better service and a hot and delicious meal. I do not recommend this place, my experience was very bad.
