So I usually go to this McDonald’s when I go to the mall and the service is AWFUL. They take forever to get the orders done and I totally understand that there are a lot of people but even with only 2 people in line they will still take FOREVER. So I learned to order on the app instead to give them extra time to do my order but it will still take almost 20-30 minutes for my order to come out. Not only that but I ordered a cheeseburger one time and when I got it, there was no cheese. What type of cheeseburger doesn’t come with cheese? And this isn’t even the first time they do this. Sometimes the workers fool around while there’s only one girl doing like 3 jobs at once. I feel so bad for her. Also there’s one manager that speaks very rudely to her workers in Spanish. I understood everything since I speak Spanish. It was pretty upsetting the way she was talking to them.

Asked for only ketchup, not only did they put onions on it, they HID THEM in-between the 2 patties and the cheese. So that when I checked the burgers at the store in front of the them they looked ok. When I got him I discovered TONS of onions shoved in-between the cheese. Infuriating.

If you order anything that includes sauce (nuggets for example) triple check the takeout bag. I’ve been to this location a dozen times and they tend to forget my sauce every single time.

For me that was the best McDonald’s that I went for a long time. Everything was clean, employees were super polite, my sandwich was with the bun aligned, cheese in different directions, right amount of condiments, nice beef temperature, super fast. Congratulations for all the staff and the owner of this place.

UPDATE: I frequently go to this McDonald's because it is on my way home. I was extremely disappointed with the service today. The woman behind the register was rushing through orders so quickly that I could barely get my entire order in. And even then, she managed to get it wrong. She missed specific add ons to the sandwiches (which I paid for) and added extra items I did not ask for. The sandwiches looked like they were thrown together in haste. And one had so much mayo, that was all you could taste. And, not to seem petty, but, she gave me cash back for the cost of the extra large fries she added to the order but did not reimburse me the taxes I paid nor the add ons. I won't be returning there. It's not worth the aggravation. PAST REVIEW: I used the mobile app for the first time to order here. It was easy to use but would not accept payment. I used the mobile app for the first time to order here. It was easy to use but would not accept payment. The cashier politely assisted me with the issue and my meal was ready to be picked up immediately after. Everything was fresh and prepared to my specifications. They have a nice friendly staff and quick service.

I usually don't leave bad reviews. This location has been the worst one that I have had been. The service, attitude, and tone of the store manager was extremely horrible.1. She took my order and couldn't even wait for 1 minute for me to take out my money to pay. She opened another cash register and helped the next customer behind me. I had to wait for 2-3 minutes until she was done taking their long order.2. When I asked her about the deal on the apple pie, she didn't seem willingly to let me know the deal of 2 apple pies.3. I ordered a Kid's meal with choice of hamburger, 2 fries and HD fruit punch. The person who took the order, charged me 2 small fries and a hamburger separately and no kid's meal. When I told her that that wasn't my order, her tone was terrible and told me that she didn't hear me saying I want to order kid's meal while I told her multiple times that my little 6 years old guy standing there and I told her that we wanted kid's meal. She also raised her voice on me that she didn't hear me or my little guy wanted kid's meal for a few times. The worst thing is that she walked away. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole life. No smiley faces on her or anyone working there!!Even my little guy noticed on the customer service at this McDonald's inside Natick Mall. While it is convenient for shoppers, there needs to be changes at the location. This was my 1st experience and will also be my LAST.
