Feb2023: 3⭐: I stopped by this restaurant today to grab some lunch. This location has a big lot for vehicles to access of the main road. There is handicap parking spaces adjacent to the front entrance. This store has automatic displays for customers to use which I didn't have any familiarization with so I went to the counter to place my order. The young lady who took my order was not competent. There was no one out by the kiosk to assist with ordering food. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich that I saw advertised on the TV. I received the sandwich pictured and I was not impressed with the taste, texture, presentation of the sandwich. The spicy was in the sauce which was just okay. It featured one centered pickle on the sandwich. The bread was somewhat better tasting than I thought it would be but was still compressed in the package I received. The chicken reminded me of the crispy chicken patties you get in bulk freezer bags at the big box warehouse stores. Yeah, this is just run of the mill okay. Kids would not mind. If you want an inexpensive chicken sandwich, this is a good choice. This is not my favorite fast food chicken sandwich. I came here to try something new, I thought.
Ordered two cheeseburgers and a big Mac. Got the big Mac and 1 cheeseburger. And 1 cheeseburger with no burger just bread ketchup and cheese!!?? Are you kidding me?? Must be difficult!!! Wow. Crystal meth maybe?? Oh well.... Can't expect much more these days
Clean and neat space. Fast service. One of the better McDonald’s I have been to by far. The food was fresh and tasty.
I have a McDonald's thing. Sorry, but it's true. And I'm not fond of the new kiosk ordering deal. But here they push you to do so. I refuse. They frown and take the order. Give me a number to take to the table and they will "bring me my food". Food is slow in coming I get up to ask about it and I see an order that looks like mine on a vacant table. I ask about it, the number on the receipt is similar to the number on a discarded receipt on the table. Again, at an empty table. No apology, no nothing. How long have my fries been sitting there unattended? *sigh*, I eat it anyway. Cool, dry and hard chicken sandwich. Thank goodness there are other McDonald's in reach.
My first McDonald's experience was at the Route 9 Natick location in the 60's. Hamburgers were 15 cents. Cheeseburgers 18 cents. Small French Fries were 12 cents. You stood outside to order and ate your food in the car. No seating back then. It has come a long way, as has the menu. Easy in and out, and breakfast all day is a big plus.
I go here almost every day. I use the drive thru. I always get a large coffee and egg white sandwich. But they added muffins recently, and the blueberry muffin is really good. I also tried the cranberry and I liked that one too. The best thing is the prices, $1.00 for coffee any size. Plus they have a breakfast dollar menu. The help at this location are very friendly and helpful.
I like that it is next to Joanne Fabrics. When I have a very rare MacDonald's yen, this place fits my fancy!
Very consistent at delivering cold food. The cold, stale burritos are something to be missed. I've called their Operations Manager and the same problems persist. I just skip this one now.
we visited during their celebration week, the restaurant has been renovated and looks great! Ronald was there, and was super nice and friendly to everyone. They had cake and other freebies for kids etc. Everyone was super upbeat and fun. They are always pleasant, friendly and efficient here. All Mickey D's should be this good!
