The best milkshake ever! Excellent variety of flavors.

Went out with 2 other people, worker forgot about my order. Ordered again and they got it wrong

This is my second time getting the Hawaiian smoothie from Milkshake Lovers, and it never disappoints! The smoothie is absolutely delicious—perfectly refreshing and flavorful. The customer service has been great each time too—friendly and quick. This has definitely become my first stop whenever I come to the Natick Mall. Highly recommend!

As an almost every-day customer of this place myself, I can confidently say that their stuff is good :)) but I have seen complaints with the increase of pricing, customer services, and the quality of their ice cream and shakes going downhill. I wanted to stop by again to see what was wrong, the prices did go up, but not a major issue. Customer service was medium-friendly when I walked in. But again, not a big deal. Paid, waited, and got my usual shake order. Then took a sip…. Not a problem in sight, or taste for that matter :)) absolutely amazing 👍 quality has rather gone up than down. The texture of their shakes are luscious and extra creamier than before, which earns this place extra points. I would definitely come back to this place, I can guarantee that once you’ll order what you want, you’ll get your money’s worth. Flavor I highly recommend is I Hate Mondays!! 🍦🍨🥤

Milkshake Lovers is a quick service dessert shop inside of Natick Mall serving Acai and crafted milkshakes.

The staff were friendly, though most of them were focused on making the drinks rather than greeting customers. Not an issue, it was quite busy so I understand. The menu is easy to read though the choices may overwhelm.

We got the Kit-Kat shake, which was tasty. I didn't realize they blended in Kit-Kats into it, so was confused by the chunky bits but overall was pretty tasty and worth the price of the milkshake.

I absolutely love Milkshake Lovers! I always order the Ferrero Rocher milkshake, which is my favorite — always super delicious, creamy, and perfectly flavored. On top of the amazing quality of the product, the service is also worth mentioning: the cashier who takes the orders is very polite, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. That makes all the difference in the experience. Highly recommend!

I will not go back to that place, I was served by an older person who looked to be around 40 years old who was very ill-tempered and very rude, with the look of someone who did not want to be there in that place.

So so slow. Overpriced and the workers were chatting nonstop to each other while we waited 10+ minutes

Always a blast when I can stop by and get a milkshake there. It’s great and pricing is also good. Always my go-to place when in the area.

Amazing server especially Mara and Dani

The Milkshakes are delicious and the girl that was making them was delightful! The woman who was getting my order looked about 35 yrs had horrible manners, wasn’t polite at all and her face while talking to me was not nice. I was shocked because she was the only adult there, and she’s supposed to give the younger generation something good to look up to. The place is good, but if I walk by and see that woman working there I would not buy it again. This was Saturday and I know things can get a bit crazy, but no reason for you to treat costumers like this.

I usually love Milkshake Lovers, especially their açaí bowls, but this time, it just wasn’t the same. The açaí tasted watered down and lacked its usual richness—it felt like I was eating flavored ice. I don’t know if they’re struggling financially and trying to cut costs, but it’s disappointing to see the quality take a hit. I hope this was just a one-off issue because I’ve always enjoyed coming here. Fingers crossed they get back to their usual standards!
