Ok..don't get me wrong, the milkshakes are amazing!! My brother and I ordered 2 medium milkshakes. On the screen, it showed 3 and came out really expensive. We asked about the 3rd milkshake on the screen and the woman didn't give any clear answer like she didn't know English but I'm sure she did. It took a long time to make and she said that it was a free one. I think she was lying because 2 medium milkshakes + tax would not cost $22...SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GET SCAMMED!!?

I love there açaí. Every time I go there I’m always well attended. There is a girl with bright eyes and curly hair that always takes my orders. Great food and excellent customer service highly recommend

Asked for a #4 and they rung up the wrong thing, I asked for no whipped cream because I’m allergic and they put it on and the worker was upset when I told her I couldn’t take it because of the whipped cream, I was the only person there and my order took about 10 minutes to make, very bad customer service.

Don’t ever bother, worse service ever!! Employees with AirPods in that ear, not doing anything! Very slow, management needs to show up!

Milkshake is very good, but unfortunately I was left at the cashier for 10 minutes while the worker with glasses was busy talking to her coworker. Overall great place, good job !!

Pro point: don't forget your ferrero chocolate if u are ordering number 3, they might forget just remind them.My fav: number 3, with no granola, absolutely love it ❤️❤️I can't get enough of the Nutella shake at Natick Mall! It has become a delightful tradition for me, and without fail, I make sure to indulge in it every time I visit. The rich, creamy goodness never disappoints, making it a must-have treat during my outings at the mall.
