The buffet in general is amazing. Except the aftermath of the pandemic. The whole section dedicated to offering fruit, confectioneries, and well-hyped chocolate fountain disappeared and remained like that since the past 3-4 years. Now it's just ice cream and crepes to stuff faces in until it gets tiring.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. I left a fair tip as a token of gratitude for the service provided. However, the waitress rudely returned the tip and demanded a 30% tip in a very impolite manner, even raising her voice. She didn't say thank you or ask for a higher tip politely; instead, she was rude and made us feel disrespected, even though the tip was fair and appropriate for the service.
I went to the front desk to show them how I was disrespected and to report the waitress's rude behavior to the manager. Tips are meant to be given as a gesture of gratitude, not forced upon customers in such an impolite manner. The waitress's actions were not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful. This servant's behavior made me not want to return to this restaurant.
I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses the unacceptable behavior of this staff member. No customer should be treated this way, and it reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. I sincerely hope that this staff member learns to respect customers and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

They tried to cheat us by charging glass of wine for the price of a whole bottle: instead of $5.75 the bill was charging $22 per glass. I didn't believe for a second that this was a mistake, but I decided to leave 10% tip anyway. To my shock and dismay the waiter dared to ask me why the tips are so small! I immediately regretted that I left the tips. This place is a buffet where customers are doing pretty much all the service on their own, so in my opinion this place should not even expect any tips.

The establishment was quite popular, as evidenced by the lengthy line, suggesting that it is well-regarded by both locals and visitors. It was a Saturday evening, which may have contributed to the high volume of customers. Despite the long line, our group of four was seated within approximately thirty minutes, and the owner was exceptionally gracious and welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and offered a wide variety of options. The only minor inconvenience was that, as previously mentioned, the establishment was very busy, resulting in a somewhat lengthy line for the buffet. However, this was tolerable due to the enjoyable and casual ambiance. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this establishment if you happen to be in the vicinity.
