The mall is not pet friendly yet management and security do not enforce this rule and real service animals are being attacked by pets or fake service animals that have no place being inside the mall. This is from 10 minutes of being inside the mall with my service dog being lunged at multiple times by pets and fakes.
watch out for security. the manager takes up for the big ones getting in womens fave for having a conversation with their partner. and then said security guard tried to detain us for talking... this place is UNSAFE I was literally scared for my life because of your security team. we didn't even go in any store other than level 99.
Mall employees, shop and kiosk owners are racist, they judge and humiliate people, this is not an exception.
