I first tried Mochi Dough at a mall in Providence, and it blew my mind. So when I saw another Mochi Dough in a mall, I knew I had to try to replicate that experience.
While the donuts were hot, they didn't taste quite as fresh as the ones in Providence. I think the ones in Providence (which took longer to be prepared) were truly made fresh from uncooked batter, while the ones in Natick were perhaps pre-prepared then re-fried before serving.
Regardless, these donuts were still quite good. Just not as good as if they were completely freshly made. It's a high standard to hold them to, but their donuts are more expensive than most other mochi donut places in the Boston area, so I expect more.

Friday - one uninviting guy is alone at the shop, barley speaks up, cant answer the simplest questions.
After 5 minutes on no guidance from him ended up just making up my mind.
Cant see this place staying open.
To the manager - hire wisely.

I was skeptical at first but Mochi Dough is amazing! A MUST TRY if you are in Natick. The “donuts” are soft and incredibly delicious (much superior to a standard donut). A perfect gift or snack while walking around the mall.

The mochi donuts were really good. Me and my friend loved it. The workers were also really nice. She took our order right when she heard us talking. The staff are behind a curtain making the food. When they hear you they come out and take your order. The atmosphere was giving really preppy vibes too! The display of the mochi donut flavors was outstanding, because I could see what they would look like. The mochi donuts were really good and come out hot and fresh. We got fruity pebbles
Kid-friendliness: I was a kid with my friend they were really sweet, kind and thoughtful. I recommend this place!

My daughter and I went for the first time tonight out of curiosity. They have the donuts, drinks, acai cups, rice yogurts. We both got a hot chocolate Mochi donut and a coffee caramel Mochi donut. They had a nice crisp on the outside and a softer inside. A good comparison of texture and flavor would be a really good carnival fried dough. The coffee donut had a stronger flavor. I really enjoyed it. They have multiple flavor choices including topped with favorite childhood cereal. Definitely worth checking out!
Kid-friendliness: For the good kids!

Bought a box of 3 mochi dough $13 and a 10 yen Cheese coin $6.1 star review is for 10 Yen Cheese coin - $6 for one palm size bread which is supposed to be filled with big chunk of cheese in center and gooey cheese stretching when you break the crispy coin bread. Wishful thinking - None of that happened with this coin, just undercooked mushy bread with almost no cheese inside. I can buy whole block of cheese for $6. Poor copycat version of Japanese 10-yen coin or Korean 10-won bread. Went back and the grumpy woman at the front said 'well we made it the way we always have'... Deserves 0 star, but 1 star is for reluctantly offering to make a new one and making me wait until they filled everyone else's orders in line.
These donuts look like they’re going to taste incredible, but they do not. When you bite into them, all you taste is a nasty oil flavor. The best part is The coating but compared to Dunkin’ Donuts, which is fast food and not “gourmet” like this is advertised as, Dunkin glaze is so much tastier than this. All you taste with these donuts is sugar and oil. There’s just nothing special about them besides their appearance.

It’s so bad. I don’t think they know how to make these donuts. Overpriced greasy worst quality donuts I’ve had in my life
I've been trying to get here for awhile and I was finally able to. I was not disappointed. They have a lot of different flavors. We got a box of 6 for almost $25.00, but it was worth it. I tried the fruity pebbles donut first and it literally melted in my mouth. I'll be trying the matcha and caramel later but I'm sure those will be just as good. I will definitely be back

Delicious donuts. My favorite is the coconut flavored. Me and my family stop in every time we visit Natick Mall

The dough was great, however flavor-wise, they all tasted similar. I expected the flavors to be stronger but they were only coming from the topping, which had a very subtle, almost non-existent flavor.
Great idea though, and cute little place.

Don’t walk, RUN TO GET A MOCHI DONUT! It’s worth the price trust me you’ll never go back to eating American donuts again!! I even ordered a mochi mix from amazon, that’s how good these donuts are!! Plus they’re made fresh which is amazing compared to another place I went to in Newton. I regretted going to that place bc the donut wasn’t as fresh and warm as the ones at the Natick mall. I’m telling you rn spend the money and get 1 you won’t look at Dunkin the same EVER AGAIN
