Night Shift Kitchen & Tap - Natick

The Server was amazing! Everyone was so eager to help with anything that we needed. We had so much fun dining here. The food was delicious like finger licking GOOD! 10/10 experience! I cannot wait to come back again!

Service was excellent - extremely friendly and attentive - couldn't ask for more - food was very good - only downside was beer - tasted good but very small pour - website indicated 16oz pour but not even close - very misleading!

The most attentive and friendliest service we've had in a long time at a restaurant. Food was delivered timely and hot and overall the establishment was well staffed for the crowd. Shout out to Tyler, night manager and host and Griffin , our wonderful server. Would recommend!

What a great surprise to find a restaurant open in Natick at 10pm! The service was great and everything we ordered was delicious! Made fresh and unique. And a nice Night Shift beer on the side. Had a great night.

BEWARE!!! We were here on a Saturday day night for lvl99 and the service in their restaurant was TERRIBLE. They weren't even busy.. Manager and employees in restaurant were too busy fooling around to do their job. 20mins for drinks then we put in our food and they forgot to put in our order, didn't even check in on us. Never admitted to it and blamed kitchen instead. We celebrated a birthday and they brought ice cream out after an app and before our entree😂😂 we finally got entrees after an hour of walking in. Food was good.. I do not recommend eating in.

They make really good margaritas, great overall experience.

We had a large group of 10 people and it was amazing to say the least. Table was ready on time, food was amazing ( no complaints from the whole table), and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning and recommending to any and everyone!

The food was just ok my son's burger came out and it was cold. The appetizer came out the same time as the dinner we never specified we would like it before but I think that's kindof expected . On the louder side. Service was good we were running late for the level 99 Tyler the manager was great he checked us in at the table and let us know what we had to do and recommendations. Probably would not go back to eat there just because the food was cold and just ok. There are other options close that I think are a better choice.

Best bang for my buck ive gotten in a long time hanging out with friends. Nico at the bar/restaurant was so nice they were really friendly and kind and the service was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough

Great menu, delicious food, excellent service, and a very comfortable dining ambiance conducive to socializing with friends. It is adjacent to Level 99 Entertainment, which is loads of fun to experience. You can go to Night Shift before or after checking out Level 99, or simply to grab a bite to eat or something to drink while at the mall. It’s a good value, too. You won’t be disappointed.

After a shaky experience with them forgetting about our table and not giving us our food the night shift manager Tyler handled the situation with great professionalism and made up for the mistake making our groups night fun with level 99 and the restaurant. Will be coming back soon!

Loved my night shift experience! Great Detroit style pizza and their green goddess burger was really good too.
