Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We were going to level 99 and stopped for a drink beforehand. The bartender made a great recommendation and informed us that because we were going to level 99 that she could send out tab over there. Then e asked about dinner and if we needed reservations, another very helpful lady came by and walked us through the online reservation. Made sure we were booked and all set.When we came back for dinner, everything was delicious and came out quick. The waitress was great and gave us plenty of time to get our order in, we were catching up with friends, start to finish evening was great!

I have been coming here for about 2 years, consistently, and I love it every time. The duo of Heidi and Torri behind the bar is a thing of beauty. They always treat me with respect and their interactions with other guests are great as well. They know how to work the crowd, I am in the hotel & hospitality business myself so seeing great service means something to me. Lauren, the GM, always stops by to say hi, she is always so pleasant and on the move handling business. All in all I will continue to recommend this place to guests who come into town and i’ll continue to be a loyal customer. I met some of the chef’s and they know what they are doing, so i encourage people to try different things on the menu.

Natick is a brightly colored, well lit, playground inside of a mall, where most adults can’t help but becoming kids again themselves. From puzzles to strength to dancing the rooms have something for everyone to enjoy while having some delicious beer and cocktails. Both the burger and pizza we ordered were delicious as were the fries ! Food came out quickly and hot, servers were offering refills at the 1/2 point of drinks to ensure short wait times between drinks if any at all. This team is highly trained organized and efficient in what at time can be a chaotic environment!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly but parents please know where your children are it’s very busy on weekends!
