Nori Sushi at the Natick Mall has become one of my go to places for sushi because the food is always fresh and flavorful. I usually order the Pink Lady roll which is my favorite and it never disappoints. On my last visit the rest of the table ordered the Caterpillar roll and the Black Dragon roll and everyone really enjoyed their food. The quality here has always been reliable which is why I keep coming back. I tried another location once and the fish tasted off, but this branch has never given me that problem.
The only drawback is the service. The staff are not very attentive and it often feels like they are not paying attention to the customers. There have been times when three people were working behind the counter yet I still had to wait close to ten minutes before anyone came over to take my order. Even after asking a few times and standing right where they could see me, no one responded quickly. It makes the experience frustrating, especially when the food itself is so good.
I still return because the sushi is worth it. The Pink Lady roll in particular keeps me coming back, but the service is getting to the point where it feels more annoying each time. If the staff were more responsive this location would easily be a perfect spot for sushi at the mall.

We ordered sushi through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, the smell was so rotten and unbearable that I actually threw up. I immediately called Nori, but the person on the phone told me it was all Uber’s fault and that they had nothing to do with it. I’m extremely disappointed that they refused to take any responsibility for sending out completely spoiled food. This was an awful experience, and I will never order from here again.

The best 👌 team & food in New England, Boston area, Massachusetts.
I highly recommend sushi, soup, and other dishes. Negative reviews were made by competitors in the Mall.

Always a good quick sushi option.
Great seaweed salad, lots of fun Maki options but the basics are what I do and they're all really good. Tuna avo, spicy scallop, salmon sashimi, Unagi sushi so good!

I would not let my dog eat this. So sloppily made. Did not taste good to me. I hope the city inspector goes and checks on them. Won't be eating here again.
We ordered three rolls combo and tuna tartare from this restaurant at a non busy lunch weekday. The three rolls were alright. We took it as normal food court quality. However, tuna tartare was unacceptable. It was not fresh and tasted very weird. We brought this dish back to the chef/ cashier, they didn’t believe it. They insisted it was fresh and not willing to do anything to make it right. No exchange or refund or anything else. They had us to take our food back. What we can do? We tried the tuna tartare again. It was just not taste ok! We don’t want food poisoning! We split the food out and trashed it. It is sad they don’t know how to keep their business running. That’s how they lose their customers. It will be our last time getting the food from this place.
Not sure why people have bad reviews of this place. I would come to the mall, just for sushi here. The sushi is surprisingly fresh, and tasty.

Gross, gross, gross. The seaweed was so chewy, the raw fish was not fresh and had a gooey texture, & the batter on the cooked tempura rolls tasted awful. I tried to cover it all up with extra spicy mayo & eel sauce, but that didn’t work. First and last time for sure.

Now that Oga's is closed, Nori Sushi is our favorite sushi in the area. The presentation is beautiful and everything is fresh and tastes amazing. The torched yellowtail special (middle row with the tiny lime slices) was especially outstanding. The truffle toro roll (not pictured) is also amazing. I hope they do well and stay around-it’s an unexpected location at the mall.
