Location is great, was quieter despite being busy. Really great service, and food came out fairly quickly.

Worst Pf Chang location, we went there for family dinner for 4, ordered atleast seven to eight dishes and none of them was good. It was tasteless, sushi was all deformed, made in haste, they ran out of many ingredients in the dishes. Brown rice, Singapore noodles were completely uncooked, soup was cold, chocolate dessert was extremely bad. I am not going there again, it’s a very busy location, waited an hour to get most useless tasteless pathetic food and paid high price for everything.

Courtney the bartender was amazing despite being super short staffed! She remained positive even with tremendous pressure to take care of the bar and the servers- the kitchen did not help her - but she remained a positive force to provide a great experience- she alone made our experience great!

The food is great sometimes has a weird after taste but overall awesome. The staff seem under a lot of pressure often having the chef passing out food. It looks like a horrible working environment where there is little help from upper management. Waited over 15 minutes just to get a to go box.

I made an order 4:07pm in the last day of the year. I imagined it could take a while, but this day was supposed to be a nice day with my family. 03 hours later (07:07pm) my order never came, the restaurant didn’t know what was going on, the delivery guy said he delivered for the wrong house and they just took it (what makes no sense). It really ruined my new year’s eve experience and I’ve always been a regular customer of the restaurant but now I don’t feel like going there anymore, really disappointed!!

We had a cockroach at our table, when we told the staff they said “ok”. Unfortunately we didn’t see the bug until our meal was complete, but party all were grossed out and we did not take our leftovers.

The worst experience ever. We arrived, and the hostess gave us a table. About 10-15 minutes later, the waiter arrived. The boba peach I ordered was flavorless. The food was okay. Then the waiter lost our credit card, and several minutes later, he found it mysteriously. No one reached out to us to apologize for the incident. I think they don't have a manager, or the manager is doing a terrible job. We will never come back.

Lunch took 2hrs and the waitress hardly checked on us. Food was good but portions were small. Recommend going somewhere else if you are in a time crunch and hungry.
