Went to PF Changs Saturday evening while at the Natick mall. Large family dinner. Bill was $380. Terrible service, mediocre food quality. We used to go to PFC years ago and it was quite good. After seeing all the bad reviews I’m not sure the an additional bad one will make any difference.

Horrible service. We waited forever to get our food and drink. Got our appetizer and then our food never came. We had to tell the waitress she had a check with the kitchen. Then they sent out the wrong food and then still miss someone's order. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. We came on a Friday night, and it took forever for them to bring a highchair for our baby. The service was chaotic—my sushi arrived before our drinks, which already set the tone for the night. To make matters worse, there was no price listed for the drinks on the menu. I ordered a lemonade, and my husband got a draft beer, only to find out on the bill that the lemonade was $7 and the beer was $11—prices we’ve never encountered for such basic drinks.
The food was equally frustrating. My husband ordered orange chicken, and the waiter asked what kind of rice he wanted with it. Naturally, we assumed rice was included, but they charged us an extra $5 for it without mentioning the additional cost. The portions were tiny, leaving us still hungry even after spending over $100 for just one plate of sushi, one orange chicken, and one kids’ meal.
To top it all off, we got sick after eating here. This place was a complete letdown, from the overpriced food to the poor service and questionable food safety. Definitely would not recommend.
I met with friends for a late lunch last week and we really enjoyed ourselves.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting.
I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone that desires an amazing dining experience.

I just ate at the Natick Mall with my family and the food was great, 10/10! Our server, Yaritza, was very kind and helped my sister find her wallet. ☺️ She also looked like Princess Jasmine lol
Terrible. We waited 45 minutes for a table with 2 restless kids even though restaurant was half empty. Got seated and waited 15 minutes more. No one greeted us to at least offer water so we left. Do not recommend.
