Quality of the food has gone down. Smaller portions and increased prices. Could be me, but the food taste more like it’s just defrosted and no longer taste like it is freshly made. Overpriced now for what you actually receive.

Soup tastes watered down. Unsure if it's the location or if Panera has cheapened their recipes. Thought it was a fluke the first time at this location but just as disappointing the second time. Plus the bowls are practically the size of what a cup used to be. Already overpriced and then tastes like I'm dipping bread in warm cup of water for dinner. Staff was sweet and lovely

Our Events
Food was executed mostly well, only some of roasted chicken a bit dried out & old and there was very little chicken on one sandwich. (Maybe 1oz max) Tables and floor were clean. Most of booths had one person camped in a four person booth, there all day with outside food and beverages. (And a messy/dirty) Drink area is well maintained.
Beware: got a nasty hair in my lobster roll a long black one, it was mixed with the lettuce under the lobster

I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado egg sandwich and when I opened up the sandwich there were a few scraps of chicken. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager was there and they all told me if I wanted more chicken I had to pay for it.

Let me preface this by saying I have never been to this location as I live in Arizona. Imagine my surprise when I get an email stating I have a rapid order ready for pickup at this location. I open my app and sure enough someone used my giftcard balance to purchase food. I immediately called and the employee confirmed I had an order and passed me to the manager. She immediately canceled my order with a refund and told me the steps to prevent this from happening again. Kudos to this location and manager for helping me!
