I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado egg sandwich and when I opened up the sandwich there were a few scraps of chicken. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager was there and they all told me if I wanted more chicken I had to pay for it.

Let me preface this by saying I have never been to this location as I live in Arizona. Imagine my surprise when I get an email stating I have a rapid order ready for pickup at this location. I open my app and sure enough someone used my giftcard balance to purchase food. I immediately called and the employee confirmed I had an order and passed me to the manager. She immediately canceled my order with a refund and told me the steps to prevent this from happening again. Kudos to this location and manager for helping me!

A great place for lunch, healthy dinner, a weekend family brunch, or a morning snack and coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Good for kids on weekends. Crowded and somehow quiet during weekdays, so it would be a bit awkward for kids.

I have to say the service on this Panera is excellent and quick. I walk here couple times a week to get coffee and sandwiches . The staff are very nice, and I have to recognize the two managers I know they work amazing Jacky and Ruth, the customer service provided is excellent. I highly recommend Panera Natick is clean and the service is really good. I am giving 5 stars for the service and for the staff good attitude. Well done guys!!!

My sandwich is a complete disaster and not worth the $6.99 your location charges for it. Barely any chicken, Roasted peppers and eggs are cut up into pieces. Also, hardly any sauce and I did order extra sauce in my Chipotle chicken & egg with Avo breakfast sandwich. Not only is this thing so tiny but It's horrible and not even appealing to eat.
What was even more upsetting is the managers response to my complaint and how this is considered normal at this establishment.
1st photo is what you think you are ordering. The other 2 is what I actually received and they stated that this is normal.
Decent Panera, come here periodically. This location is about 50/50 for great Panera experience vs meh Panera experience. Specific example is the smoothies, which prompted this review since they are $6+. Half the time they are great half the time they are half ice and undrinkable through the paper straw. Similar experience with the food, sometimes the sandwiches are great sometimes they are just slapped together with strange ratios of ingredients.
