Grab a pizza to go . Got back on highway for destination and pizza was under cooked. Wasn't going back on a time line. Love Papa Ginos always go when on road due to don't have one close to home was disappointed. Customer service was great.

The man working there was counting money when I got there. Money all over the counter! Never acknowledged me and then when he did I was in inconveniencing him! I ordered and he went back to counting all the money on the counter. When he was done with that, he then went back to make my sandwich! There was another employee in the back but he was just running around aimlessly! The sandwich literally fell apart when I took it out of the bag! Awful customer service.

When the younger staff is working here they always give you dirty looks for ordering and making them work no reason for them to close at 7pm every night waste of space so manny people stop here late night on the way to Boston a better pizza place should go in its place

The staff and service are always exceptional when I stop here. It is easy to see that the service plaza is falling apart and filthy but Papa Gino’s is always very clean and ready to help the very few people who come through that plaza. I commend the staff on their attention to detail and their efforts to help guests like myself
