this place was a big disappointment from the moment i walked in the pizza came out with a strange taste and a very unpleasant texture the dough felt old and everything looked like it was made in a rush without any care the staff was not attentive and showed no willingness to help not a good experience at all and i would not recommend anyone to try this place

the visit to the pizzeria was disappointing on a level that is hard to explain the pizza arrived dry and hard as if it had been reheated several times the taste was weak and the cheese was barely noticeable the staff seemed unwilling to work and gave no attention at all a place you do not return to and it is a shame that this happens in a place that sells pizza

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pizza in the Natick/Framingham area — hands down! We’ve been coming to Pizza by Rocco for years and it never disappoints. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside with that ideal chewy interior, and they don’t skimp on high-quality toppings. The sauce has a great balance of sweet and tangy, and the cheese pull is legitimately addictive.
The staff is always friendly, the place is spotless. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice at lunch or a whole pie for the family, Rocco’s is consistently excellent. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out — this is what neighborhood pizza should taste like. Highly recommend! We’ll keep coming back as long as they keep doing what they’re doing. 🍕❤️

Ordered three pizza’s and a salad on Friday night. Ordered on the app that was pushed to me from their own direct website. I went in to pickup my order after I was messaged that the order was ready. It was not and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. At first it seemed that the problem was an unmade salad. I listened as instructions for the salad were called out and had to correct them in the process as they were reading wrong instructions. After a few minutes they handed me my order - missing a pizza. I pointed that out. They apologized and said they would still have to make it and it would be 7-minutes and to wait in my car. I questioned the 7-minutes but they said that is all. 15-minutes later they came out handing me the three pizza’s and my salad. I left to go home. Then they called me 10 minutes into my drive home to tell me they gave me the wrong pizza (which is a type I don’t want). After the 25 total minute extra wait, having to correct them on reading the order, and the wrong pizza I asked for a full refund. I was told that a.) this happens on Friday nights due to them being busy b.) that they usually do not get orders from the app I used (which came up from their direct website) c.) That people never order the specific pizza I chose (which is on their menu). I reminded him that I ordered at 5pm before the rush, and that it was not busy - no one else came in when I was there. I reminded them that I ordered a pizza on their menu (was not create your own). I reminded him that I used the app recommended by their direct website. Overall I asked for a full refund for the mess and they refused.

This was the first time ordering from Pizza by Rocco. I placed the order online at 6:21 pm and was told that it would be delivered between 7:05 - 7:15 pm. At 7:30 pm I called Pizza by Rocco to find out where our food is and I was told that it would be right here. We live 5 minutes away. Then I called at 7:45 pm and I got another excuse. It's now 8:10 pm and NO FOOD!! We finally got our food. Our Pizza was cold. We will never get any food from them.
This restaurant should just tell their customers the truth.

I live 45mins away, While searching for a new pizza to try and we found this gem. My husband and myself give this place solid 10/10. No joke I am a huge pizza person heck my fav food and we do travel to find good pizza! One of the best pizza places we’ve been to!!!
