Nick (the bartender) is the heart and soul of this bar, the place and food are good, but the bartender has a great taste in mixing flavors and preparing really good cocktails, alongside a 7 star level of customer service ! .. if you’re a local or a visitor to town.. you’ve got to try this place :)

Horrible!! Awful!! If I could give it less than a star I would. Staff was running around frazzled. All surprised, because it was busy due to March Madness. Duh, Imagine a sports bar being busy during a major sports event?!?! Our waiter was really bad. He messed up our food order, that we waiting WAY too long for. We ordered chips and guac to start. I bet my husband that it would come out with our food, despite the fact that he asked us if we wanted it first. Another appetizer (not what we ordered) came out about 5 minutes before our food was delivered. The topper to this disaster - I ordered a side of sweet potato fries. Of course, he forgot to put them in. I should have told them not to bother bringing them, because halfway through out meal, I put a fry in my mouth and found a hair. Disgusting! The food was average at best. Unless you need a place to go get drunk and have zero care about quality, don't waste your money.

I am going to preface this by saying we are usually very understanding, patient people so the fact I'm even writing this review is testimony to how awful the service was. We came in, no hostess. We stood and waited patiently, no biggie stuff happens maybe she's busy. Time continues to go by and still, nobody. Staff walked by us continuously without saying a word. Finally a young man tells us where to sit (clearly not the hostess) we sit and wait for menus. Nobody comes over to us. We wait some more. Time passes and eventually we kindly ask for some menus. The menus are never brought to us. We walked out of the restaurant before even being served and took our business elsewhere.

Arrived 5 min early for a reservation and told it would be a minute. After 10 min told the table was just paying the check and it would just be a minute. After another 10 min they cleared the table and immediately seated another party that had arrived later. After 30 min we left. They don't honor reservations it's just an informal waiting list. The staff was friendly but understaffed and overworked. Food could be fine but we'll never know.
First time here. They were getting ready for a New Year's Eve event and we were told if we did not have a ticket for the event we would have to leave before it started at wither 8 or 830. When we left before being asked, the crowds had not arrived yet and I don't know why we had to vacate. The server described the Brussels sprout salad to me as a large bowl arranged differently and it came out as a small plate with a small salad and 5 small Shrimp. When I asked the server about the difference of how he described it, he said he was sorry and that they must have downsized it. He had even taken out some photos on his phone showing me what to expect. Another member of our group got a different salad which was about 4 times the size of mine. He asked for more dressing and kept getting Dijon mustard brought to him instead of dressing. Two of us got sangrias and they were bitter and not like any sangria I ever had. We sent them back and they were taken off the bill. My husband enjoyed his pizza very much. I will say the waiter tried and apologized multiple times, but we would have enjoyed it more if that many apologies were not needed. Overall, slightly disappointing dining experience

Great service from the Bar Tender, the service from the waitress was less than welcoming however so this is a 4 instead of the 5 that it should have been.

Love going to the Skybokx to watch games. Great food and drink, a lot of TVs with great views. It's our go to place even though it is not close to home. Now, if they could just ensure the Boston teams win all the games we come to watch that would be great. lol
