They are closed more often then they are open. And when they are open, they don’t pay attention to their mobile orders…. So preemptively ordering ahead for a drink that takes 4 min to prepare your still going wait 25 min. Better to go to a different location. Or Dunkin’

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 2 ice coffees that were not coffee. Went back the said sorry we were almost out. Asked for 2 white mochas. They gave me iced hot chocolate. Absolutely awful and incompetent

Ordered a hot chocolate got someone’s coffee, hearts racing ! Called and inquired as to what and how this could happene. The girls response was like uhh it happens sometimes! Like what it never happens when I got through the drive through. It’s the first for me in 15 years ! At Starbucks. They are like the walking dead !
I've given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but unfortunately, I’ll never be returning.. They always mess up my order, don’t know how to make drinks properly, and they don't seem to listen or care about getting it right. and the staff has a terrible attitude. It’s a shame because it’s right by my job, but today was my last attempt

I ordered a latte from this Starbucks through the app, but the experience was frustrating. Even though I ordered online, there was no separate pickup area or door to get my drink quickly. I still had to wait in a huge line with everyone else. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you can’t skip the line? I don’t really recommend ordering online from this location.
Went eat 7:20 and they had already closed the drive through…. Just a girl standing there talking on her phone. Pretty annoying.

I usually enjoy visiting the Starbucks drive-thru at Natick, but I had an experience today that I found concerning. After placing my order, I noticed an employee wearing a pin that I felt was inappropriate for the workplace. While I respect personal expression, there should be guidelines for what is appropriate during work hours.
I hope management can address this to ensure all customers feel comfortable and respected. Thank you.

After asking if i could get the foam for my drink that had been missed, I was told that the pecan crunch oatmilk latte doesn't come with foam. This is not the first time I've had the drink from this starbucks, but definitely the first time I've been told it doesn't come with the foam that's literally in the picture of the drink. This new?

My friend ordered two PSLs on the mobile app and both cups were half full and tasted awful. There’s no way to request a refund and it’s too trafficky by this location to be worth going back. Starbucks is usually more consistent but I don’t know what’s wrong with this location. Not going to be coming back.
