BEWARE THE BEESThere is a bee infestation at this Starbucks and they fly around your car and try to get in your window when you open it to pay and get your drink.

I don’t know what happened to the two nice guys that used to run this location. Customer service was always the best. Now instead is a lady that is always arrogant and clueless. They keep messing with my order and she doesn’t do anything about it, instead she gives you attitude.

Placed a drive through order. Impossible sandwich tasted good, good option for vegetarians! Chocolate cake pop - Disappointed, very sweet, and 2.25 for a cake pop is expensive. I will never get it again! Black Coffee was good, the cup was dirty.

So I get that during pandemic things have changed, sometimes you have to wait a little longer with our orders, I get that. I was in this location today and I remember holding the door for a young lady. She went ahead and ordered her food and then I ordered mine, Caramel Frap and a cold brew black. The cashier proceeds to help the barista and prepared her order, the young lady was in and out in 5 minute. I myself waited and waited as I watch people steadily come into the location, another woman who had a mobile was getting her drink made as with other various mobile orders. In total I was waiting for about 10-15 mins and was in a bit of a hurry to get back to work. I walked over to the cashier and told her I was in a rush but she didn't offer to speed up the process or re-assure to keep waiting, I was refunded and sent on my way. I guess my business here doesn't matter.
