I ordered 2 falafel pockets. I went to pick it up and there was only one. The guy behind the counter started remaking it and another girl said she made both and folded them into each other. There was only one in the bag so I didn’t get the other one I paid for. Even if it was 2 folded together it was for 2 people so that is unacceptable.

Terrible service, an old woman who works there spoke to me very badly when I asked her to put ice on me and they keep the place very dirty and they use their cell phones a lot while they work

Awful service. 20 minutes and I ask about my order only to be brushed off twice. When they finally got the items, staff acted like I was lying even after showing my mobile order. Tables dirty and garbage on floor. Go to any of the other locations that are close by and save yourself the hassle.
