Terrible service, an old woman who works there spoke to me very badly when I asked her to put ice on me and they keep the place very dirty and they use their cell phones a lot while they work

Awful service. 20 minutes and I ask about my order only to be brushed off twice. When they finally got the items, staff acted like I was lying even after showing my mobile order. Tables dirty and garbage on floor. Go to any of the other locations that are close by and save yourself the hassle.

A coffee shop with friendly staff.As a foreigner, I was glad that he answered my questions in such a friendly manner.The outside seats are clean and provide a comfortable space to drink coffee in the morning.I was very happy to be able to purchase Yukon beans, which are hard to find in Japan anymore!

Every single time I order from this restaurant. This particular location whether I go inside or order. Take out through uber eats my drinks are always ruined. You along with uber eats refused to give me a refuse To give me a refund. It is christmas eve I needed my coffees to work the third shift to night. Now I don't have coffees. I have canceled my membership with Uber Eats and I am no longer going to be coming to this location. In fact I am boycotting starbucks. You have lost a customer

the baristas are always very nice to me but the store manager is so extra and unnecessary. She moves very slow compared to her baristas and always treats them badly from my customer perspective and is always yelling across the store!

They have got my coffee wrong 5 times in a month and also my fiancés and there actually rude about it the last time I went there the lady specifically asked me hot or cold I said hot and 10 mins later they gave me a cold one there not really friendly and honestly I have never had a Starbucks get my coffee’s wrong or drinks till I went to this one got to be honest don’t think we will go back there again not worth it .

It was supposed to open at 6:00am on Sunday. It is 7:00am now and it closed with no explanation why. There are employees inside though who don't even bother to explain what is going on. I'll try to avoid this location in future.
