Not really sure how this particular franchise/location is still in business. Their drink cooler/fridge is almost always empty. Their fountain soda machine has been broken for at least 4 months, and heads up to anyone 6’3 or taller because their ceiling fans will scalp you if you’re not careful. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Best part is when you go to pay they have one of those screens that asks you if you’d like to tip.

Absolutely ridiculous! The rudest employee i have come across. We went in at 8.40 pm for a subway and the woman said “she’s closed”. Google said 9 pm, their door said 9 pm and yet she’d closed it early and just kept repeating that in a very, very cynical way.
0 stars to the franchise, super disappointed!

Did not make my sub correctly. Added mustard instead of honey mustard and instead of making it again threw vegetables in trash and added new vegetables on top of the old mustard and honey mustard, with an attitude.Tasted horrible! Bad service.

This particular Subway is terrible. They either don't have what you want, or they make your sub completely wrong. Every time you go it seems like it's the first day for whoever is preparing your food. Plus they have no idea how to get to everyone on time, so you'll be waiting much longer than at a normal Subway.

I have had my order made incorrectly by this subway 3x IN A ROW. The same mistake all 3 times . I have to keep going to the store and telling them the order is wrong present it and get a hard time about having them remake it because I don't eat cheese. The staff was not pleasant to deal with , if I could give negative starts I would.

They seem very nice but when you place an order online for pickup they secretly always screw up your order on purpose! Especially when you don’t tip them. Cause they are money hungry! They either burn your sub or dont add the extras you paid for both. Dont recommend this Subway for anyone and will be my last time ordering from here.

Subs prepared very poorly-not wrapped properly at all. Employee could barely understand what we wanted and it was not busy. I have worked in retail for many years and this was one of the worst experiences. Came home to find 2 subs mostly made of condiments. Decided we’ll just never go to that location again. :(

Went to the subway in natick at 840 they would not let me in I called and the lady said there power was out wen I could see the lights were on I was outside the subway very rude to me the customer service was simply horrible never will I go there again thank

Its a subway. Light, airy, good parking. As of 6/15/2023, they aren't accepting coupons.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no special doors or features for wheelchair access. But I can get in OK. Power chair users may need to signal for access.

It was clean and tidy inside. Food was good and made to order. Knocked off 1 star because I ended up with food poisoning.

The people who work the sandwich line are nice and friendly. The new owner however is stingy with napkins and doesn't appear too friendly though. That should not stop you from getting a sub here though!

Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options but do ask them to switch out gloves and knives to prevent cross contamination!

Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.

Every time I order from Herr they never cook the bacon the put it in my sandwich uncooked. I may not want my bread and or sandwich toasted but I would love to have my bacon cooked. Smh
