They seem very nice but when you place an order online for pickup they secretly always screw up your order on purpose! Especially when you don’t tip them. Cause they are money hungry! They either burn your sub or dont add the extras you paid for both. Dont recommend this Subway for anyone and will be my last time ordering from here.

Subs prepared very poorly-not wrapped properly at all. Employee could barely understand what we wanted and it was not busy. I have worked in retail for many years and this was one of the worst experiences. Came home to find 2 subs mostly made of condiments. Decided we’ll just never go to that location again. :(

Went to the subway in natick at 840 they would not let me in I called and the lady said there power was out wen I could see the lights were on I was outside the subway very rude to me the customer service was simply horrible never will I go there again thank

Its a subway. Light, airy, good parking. As of 6/15/2023, they aren't accepting coupons.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no special doors or features for wheelchair access. But I can get in OK. Power chair users may need to signal for access.

Subway is pretty much THE fast food place to go when to comes to sandwiches. Jimmy Johns and Firehouse is good I guess, but nothing and I mean nothing beats the Sub of the Way. I always get my usual. That being Steak, cheese, and avocado sauce and wow. It's god tier. The service is also great and the place is always busy and loud but sometimes also quiet. 10/10.

The people who work the sandwich line are nice and friendly. The new owner however is stingy with napkins and doesn't appear too friendly though. That should not stop you from getting a sub here though!Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options but do ask them to switch out gloves and knives to prevent cross contamination!Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.

A few weeks ago i ordered delivery from subway at natick crossing. The bread i wanted was not the bread i got. Their was a hair in my sandwich I called to speak to a manager.the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked when the manager would be in she said she didn't know. I called the next day and got s nice person who took my name and number. I never recived s phone call back All i wanted was my money back. I emailed their corporate headquarters in Connecticut. I never got a response. I will never step foot in s subway again. They do not treat their customers well at all.

Every time I order from Herr they never cook the bacon the put it in my sandwich uncooked. I may not want my bread and or sandwich toasted but I would love to have my bacon cooked. Smh

They don’t “accept coupons” at this location and when they cut our sandwiches they have the knife in this water with sanitizer they don’t even dry it first so when they cut it a bunch of water with chemicals and probably sauces from other sandwiches go into my sandwich ?

I can't believe the way subway employees don't clean the cutting knife after using it to cut other sandwiches and when you keep using the same knife to cut the different sandwiches with all the dressings and the cross-contamination that are clear as day smeard and clumped up on the knife ! And you dirty nasty sick employees don't have thare serve safes because if they did have thare serve safes they would know how to not cross contaminate ,,,,,, I cleary said please don't touch my sandwich with the cut knife because off the cross contamination,, the employees in the Natick location can't understand English and they all cross contaminate so be careful if contamination with food is a problem , if you can't keep the food safe for customers to eat than you don't deserve a job
