Best coffee I’ve had since exploring the area. I ordered a hazelnut latte, w/oat milk and cold foam -so delicious plus a egg/sausage sandwich on a biscuit 10/10 worth my drive from Milford ! I’ll definitely be back 😌

I visited Sweetwater in Natick hoping to get some work done, and honestly, I’m pretty frustrated. I paid for two hours of parking and bought a $6 coffee, only to find out there was no internet connection available. They just told me ‘sorry’ at the end, which means I basically wasted my time and money. Not cool at all
Specifically requested for DECAF coffee because I’m highly sensitive to caffeine (maybe you need to treat this as an allergy?) but instead got a caffeinated one. They spoke like they were clear about it, but I guess I always have to double check now. I’m sorry I trusted you to do your job right. I wont get any sleep the entire night. Thanks a lot.

I was so excited to move to the area and have a local coffee shop within walking distance to support! Unfortunately, all three of my experiences have been poor. Each encounter with three separate employees are always cold and rude. I really don't understand the lack of customer service here.

On a rainy Sunday morning, it was a special treat to have delicious fruit with yogurt and lattes at the Sweetwaters in Natick! My friends had tasty muffins and we lived the warmth of their seating area with huge photos of tge nearby Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary!
