I generally love this coffee shop, however I had a bad experience today. The person taking the orders was very brash and rude, not interested in answering my questions regarding dairy in syrups/specialties, unwilling to check the bottle to see, and more. She was very rude and annoyed with me asking, and not forthcoming with other options that didn't contain dairy. After comments such as "we have a lot of syrups over there" with a wave of her hands towards an area...

This is my favorite coffee shop! Great atmosphere, friendly people behind the counter, and lots of great drinks. It's the perfect place to work (spacious, with lots of natural light) or to meet up with friends.
