No longer called Tenichi. New owners new name, Trendz. Still great food and drink.
New ownership has ruined the business. No more all you can eat and the current portion size for hot pot is not enough for one person. The greens that come with each portion, is embarrassing. We received one piece of mushroom. I have been here plenty of times and the long wait has not changed. The service was excusable prior because of the unlimited food you received but now, you don't get any. I have to say, I am extremely disappointed and if no thing is done by the new owners I will never come back, and will not recommend to anyone. Wish this could have been a different write up as I hate being negative, but as a business consultant I have to be honest for the hope that this is taken seriously. Cheers.
Only two table. But took them 15min get ready I have beef noodle. But the beef don't taste Good. And other dish. I only have a bit. I don't think i will come back here again. Bathroom is dirty, and falling apart
I wasn't expecting stellar Asian food but all the cooked/stir fry dishes we ordered were pretty decent. They have hot pot here (pretty pricey at $27/head) and sushi but I didn't try either.
I was polite and courteous, and even tipped $10 on a $40 tab. But nothing seemed to be able to wipe the sour disposition from the bigot behind the bar who kept ogling my friend not very subtly the entire time, while constantly calling me a man. Decent food, awful dining experience. Not LGBT friendly AT ALL. And the staff we interacted with seemed to be rude, and childish bigots with the intellect of a sponge. I don't want to insult sponges, though. Unless selling liquor by treating their patrons disgustingly is part of their advertising scheme. I intend to warn all of my clients, partners and colleagues against this place. Worst dining experience I've ever had in Massachusetts to date.
